Damn :( Dr.Death is a really cool guy. I've had the pleasure of meeting with him and speaking with him for quite some time, and he's extremely generous in his time with fans and the way he treats everybody. First John Tenta, and now Steve Williams. It hasn't been a good year thus far. Best wishes to him, and I hope - like I hope for John - that he beats it :y:

He has had throat cancer for months now. He has had therapy and is recovering. Nice to see how up to date WWE are though. Dickheads.

Actually I'm wrong. Dave Meltzer is reporting in his newsletter this week that his cancer got bad enough that he can no longer talk and will have to have his voice box removed. Very sad to hear this. Prayers go out to him.

Ow, that really sucks. I guess last year was the year of deaths, and this year is the year for cancer. Anyway, it's just really scary how cancer can be in remission then suddenly flare up. My best wishes go out to him in his battle. Hopefully he can beat this thing.

Didn't get Melzer's sheet yet. That really sucks for him. Everytime I hear "throat cancer" Pillman always comes to mind as he had it as a kid. Best wishes to him and his family.

I wonder why the WWE didn't mention anything for Tenta.
