So where do Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrero go from here?
Yes, the former Olympic Champ did get Latino Heat to tap out to the ankle lock in their best-of-three falls match on the most recent SmackDown! But did that victory really prove that Angle is the better wrestler?
After all, Luther Reigns interfered on Angle’s behalf, crippling Guerrero with a chair to the legs just moments before Angle slapped on his submission move.

Lets not forget Eddie used the chair also twice on Angle.......but if Eddie won I'm sure we would have forgot about it.

Looks like Eddie vs Luther for the next month at least.

It looked like from the way they laid out the match that they want to do another round of Eddie vs Angle at some point.

I wouldn't mind seeing Angle win the title, and then do a match for the title with Eddie at the Rumble. That would heat up Angle for a match with Cena at Mania, where Cena would get the title. And at the same time, if something were to happen to Angle health wise before Mania, they could always sub in Eddie and do Guerrero-Cena at Mania for the title.

My thinking is that if they wanted to end the fued, Angle would have went over clean in at least the final fall. But the way they left it, Angle won one fall by DQ and the other with help from Luther.

Angle's future is a little more cloudy to me. You got Big Show coming back, and Angle should have an issue with him, so I guess they could go there. And then since Angle just beat Eddie that leads me to think he's going to be going after the WWE Title in the near future. However, they obviously wont do Angle-JBL on one one, so that means either we get a 3 way with someone else thrown in (Taker, Cena or Eddie) or they put the title on Taker and then do Taker-Angle for the strap.

However, the rumour is that Angle-Taker is the planned Mania program for SD. Hopefully cooler heads prevail on that one.

It would be logical for Kurt to go into a feud with Big Show but this is the WWE. I think he should screw Cena out of the US title and they can go into the big feud that I was talking about to get John Cena into the main event. The feud makes sense since Kurt screwed Cena when he was GM a lot.
