...did anyone who caught Impact today notice, that when Russo hit the ring, a good part of the crowd was chanting "you killed Nitro?"

That was really funny. It took me a second to pick up on what they were chanting, but then I laughed my ass off.

Yeah, that was hilarious.
Also, did anyone other than me laugh at how majorly the crowd was marking out upon the announcement that Victory Road would be in Orlando? I mean really, it was kinda obvious. :D

I did notice that.
Although, I kinda expected it to be in Nashville. That's going to be a tiny crowd if they use the Impact Zone for Victory Road.

I didn't notice, I'm in England so TNA is 6 months behind here. Jeff Hardy hasn't debuted, Piper only went a couple of months ago, and people are still talking about the match with Jarrett and Luger vs Sting and I think Styles.
Currently in the UK they are at the point when Raven faces Harris to decide the number one contender to face Jarrett in a cage match.

The guy is a like a creative tide of water. With the right direction and barriers he can generate practically endless supply of entertainment, however left undammed he'll ultimately destroy everything he touches.

I like Vinny "Buyrates" Russo too. New York represent.

I agree with that statement to an extent :y:
HOWEVER (you knew that'd be there  ), the Jarretts and Behrens are hardly the right ones to act as the dam - considering they have their best interest in mind, and not the company's.

Russo's leaving the company real soon anyway. He's pissed at the booking meetings.

Doesn't he like own half the company tho?

I'm pissed at the booking meetings, and I'm not at them.
TNA is like the same program every week, except with different workers. It's tiring watching 'name' guys (who in reality are lucky to be where they are) go over on enhancement guys each week in boring matches.

^^haha. you just said what I've been trying to sat about Impact every week. I never could put into words though That's exactly how I feel. I think it will eventually be a better show though because that's like thier "Raw" now. They need to build PPV's on that show.

Not only that, have they had one show yet that didn't end with half the locker room brawling in the ring?

Why God? Why wasn't I allowed a place on the booking staff for TNAW??? I am sorry, TNA has some serious talent in there...they have guys who are on the brink of being over, and with some direction they could (in a few years) actually pose as another big fed...I'm not going to say they would be in a position to challenge WWE, only that they could be seen as a big time company instead of "WCW without the money."
The sad thing is, I agree. IMPACT and the PPVs are terrible. They offer nothing. There is a big pool of talented guys (in the case of Christopher Daniels and a handful of others, VERY talented). Some good mic work, good heat, decent crowd reaction at times, entertaining matches...just no fucking direction!

Yeah, it pisses me off that the show always ends like that.
Also, I find it funny how Team Canada (3 people) can beat down Team Mexico (4 people) and Tenay claims that the numbers game is just too strong in favor of Team Canada.

It's the exchange rate. Three Canadians is, like, five Mexicans. It's all about inflation.
