I think they have the potential to be good, but it all depends on the Talent involved....When a Whole Match is set to evolve around Goldberg...like the second one, you know it's going to suck

First one, however was amazing

agreed.

1st one was, from memory:
HHH VS RVD VS Shawn Michaels VS HBK (winner) VS Booker T VS Kane
That match was good.

I did enjoy the second one however, which was
Goldberg VS HHH VS HBK VS Chris Jericho VS Kevin Nash VS Randy Orton right?

Well the second one wasn't that god awful, however it did lack completely to the first one, The second one was really all about Goldberg dominating, but it really had nothing to be remembered by except for a sick spear thru one of the glass panels on Jericho, and maybe Goldberg botching his entrance, while the first one, had great wrestling action, good spots and bumps (RVD Frog Splash off the top of the Chamber that crushed Triple H's throat and his rolling Thunder from the inside the ring, to the outside) and even a HBK Elbow off the top, as well with Jericho, actually looking like a main event threat for once

No that was the second one...Here i'll give you all the Info

1st One.
Rob Van Dam v. HHH v. Y2J v. HBK v. Kane v. Booker T

Van Dam does a Rolling Thunder, while Triple H is laying on the steal part of the ring, and does the flip then does the Senton over the ropes onto him.

He also does a Frog Splash off the top of the chamber onto Triple H that nearly killed him.

RVD get's pinned by Booker T after a Missile Dropkick.

Booker T goes next, after a Lionsault

Kane get's eliminated after getting Pedigreed, Sweet Chin Musiced and a Lionsault.

HHH pins Jericho after a Pedigree (The Same way he did at WM18)

HBK nails a Elbow off the top of the chamber on HHH, misses a Superkick, kicks out of a Pedigree, reverses another one and gets the SCM on HHH for the Win.

2nd Elimination Chamber

Nash v. Orton v. HBK v. Goldberg v. HHH v. Y2J

Second One was when Michaels Superkicks Nash and Jericho gets the pin on him, He destroys everyone,

Goldberg comes in and destroys everyone, Spear on Orton to Eliminate him.

SCM on HHH before he can even get out of his chamber.

Goldberg Eliminates HBK after ducking a SCM and hitting a Spear and Jackhammer.

Goldberg spears Jericho thru a Chamber then gives him another spear and a Jackhammer.

HHH retains, when he hits Goldberg with a Sledgehammer and Evolution destroys him

I enjoyed the first but never saw the second. ...It had Goldberg and Nash so I knew it couldn't be AS good anyway. But I'd still like to check it out sometime.

Triple H wouldn't come out of the chamber and Flair was helping by holding the door shut for him, Then Goldberg kicks and punches thru the glass and pulls him out and hits his Press Slam move on him before setting up for the spear...where Naitch, slides the Sledgehammer into the Ring, Goldberg charges, Triple H sidesteps and nails Goldy in the back of the head with the Sledgehammer...1.....2......3

Most Disapointing Match of Last Year.

i must say, i disagree with it being the most disapointing match of the year.

I think Mark Henry VS Booker T takes the cake there

Booker T is awesome, so i was hoping (in vain).

I'm trying to think of some other crappy matches.
HHH VS Kevin Nash matches were pretty horrible

Booker T is good, but he's not talented enough to carry that piece of hershey kiss crap...to a decent match...but I can see your point

The concept is fantastic, the finishes make me want to kill.

The Goldberg loss was a total waste.

Prior to SummerSlam 2003, I had little to no interest in the Goldberg character anymore, despite being a huge 'Berg mark while he was in WCW. However, as that Elimination Chamber match was winding down, I was literally on my feet cheering for him.

Spear to Orton - Pinfall
Spear/Jackhammer to Jericho - Pinfall
Spear/Jackhammer to HBK - Pinfall
Spear to HHH.... Sledgehammer shot by HHH... - Pinfall

Had they put the belt on Goldberg in that much, he would truly have looked like the monster character that got him over to begin with. Even though he won the title the next month at Unforgiven, this match killed his momentum.

Anyways, I wanna see an Elimination Chamber match that lasts at least 45 minutes, and involves sickening spots involving the chamber itself, and possibly escape from the chamber to brawl on the top. I want all out chaos, damnit!

I like the chamber matches but like everyone has said the first one was much better than the second.

The second one shouldn't have been an EC. They really could have turned the Chamber into a new Survivor Series tradition, since they seem to have turned "Classic Survivor Series" matches into a novelty. The second one sucked because you knew that it was just HHH vs Goldberg surrounded by a clusterfuck, the first one was good because there was no one clear feud overriding the others. Which is why I think it would be a good idea for them to build for one as the Smackdown championship match; since JBL has no clear challenger, it would be a good way to keep the fans interested.

they are alright, I still would have prefered the WWE to bring back WAR GAMES instead of coming up with this second rate concept

Rob Van Dam was really the only one who used the Elimination Chamber to its fullest extent. The Rolling Thunder from the inside to the outside, Flip from the top ropes, Spiderman hang from the side into a crossbody was amazing, and the famous Frog Splash where he nearly killed Triple H.

I think it is a good concept that keeps the Survivor Series heritage with the eliminations. I would personally like to see it be an annual thing for the main event of Survivor Series.
