I was just curious on which not so well known games would actually make decent movies, not blockbusters i mind you, but something you would go see.
Me personally would have to go with The Dig.

The Dig was based on a small group of astronauts on their way to drill into a large asteroid which is about to hit earth, but once inside this large asteroid they find that it isnt an asteroid at all, but a large transportation vehicle, this ship brings them to a far off planet.

and at this point i'm a bit foggy on the details, but they get there, the crew gets split up and one or two die, the captain is left there with a few crew mates, acts of betrayal and odd alien life forms start to show, not large hulking beasts but small odd animal types..
From that i would need to check up ont he game, but i would like to hear about any not so well known game you think would make an alright movie.
A small synopsis/summary of the game would help out too, not just a list of names :|

most of lesser known games are crap. so no one would go see the movie (unless it was hyped like 28 days later  )

I agree but there was a crappy assed TV show of it that had nothing to do with the game.

Other way around. It was an amazing game that was had nothing to do with the crappy-assed TV show that inspired it.

As for the question, I'd pay good money to see "River City Ransom," the movie.
