I need help with a Form

Well I built a site, along with this form, but the problem is, I can't seemingly can't get it to be sent to the email address that I want it sent too.

I was hoping someone would help me with this *begs*

I clicked on the e-mail address (cut and paste etc) and it addressed it correctly.
