Last year's was pretty good, but the build up for Denver v. Green Bay '98 is what did it for me! Good to see John Elway finally win one. How about you guys?

which year was it that the Falcons went.
mainly cause that NFC championship game tween them and the 15-1 Vikings was hot. It was hyped up bigger than the Super Bowl so just to see teh Falcons go in there... even though I knew they would lose.
Also the one where Tampa Bay one before they started sucking.

SuperBowl XXXV ... I looked forward to it, didn't like it.
See what happens when Kerry Collins plays when he's sober

I'm not gonna lie, the Super Bowl is kinda lame. The game usually isn't that good, theres usually not a tonn of history behind the teams, and neither team takes any risks and goes for big plays. Its cool to watch because of all the great production and everything, but the game itself is played too conservative to really care about unless your team is playing in it.

Steelers-Rams 2001. Number one Offense vs number one Defense. The game everybody in the nation was looking forward to. All Pittsbugh has to do is bitchslap the sad little patsies and move on.....I said bitchslap the patsies...no, Kordell, throw to our guys! Nice play special teams, we're so far back Jerome could make 99% of a 100-yard game. Oh well, back to bitchslapping... What the hell!? We got bitslapped the sorry ass Patriots!? THE PATRIOTS?! The Red Sox of Football?! GODDAMMIT! Oh well, no way they'll beat the Rams....

I really want to see who is going to end up in the Super Bowl this year, seeing as the weeks become more and more unpredictable

This season predictable? Theres so many average teams right now, its not predictable at all! IMO at least.
Anyway, Stima I guess he was referring to the Pats choking in the years prior to the Super Bowl year? Dunno.

Last years. I loved the way the Panthers played last yr, so I was hyped for them to win. Didnt happen though, but they were still the man. Too bad they have no depth and suck this year.

Super Bowl 32 Broncos and Packers. Finally getting to see Elway get that trophy was a true sports highlight.

Personally, i would like to see it as Colts v. Eagles..not saying that these 2 teams are the best in the NFL, but wouldn't that be a superbowl for the ages?! Two future hall of fame QBs going against each other, both possessing excellent WRs, and both are pretty much the same on defense right now... :y:

I've been a Steeler fan for 13 years boy, so watch that bandwagon crap.
And as far as the "Red Sox of the NFL" thing, how many Super Bowl championships did the Patsies have before that year.

Calling them the Red Sox of the NFL is dumb, Red Sox where known for being cursed and shit liek Bucky Dent, and Bill Buckner. Patriots had none of that. Whatever though, Patriots and Red Sox both won in the same year. Boston > Wherever you are from

Yeah, but everytime I make a joke everybody acts like I was actually serious (Red Sox of the NFL, Browns lockerroom, Lina McMahon in Playboy.) It's like a military here.
And what dows piss me off is being called a Bandwagon jumper. I haven't left the house without my Steelers colors on in over three years, on and off season, and was cheering them for ten seasons before that. I'm as loyal as they come, ask anybody in Caldwell, OH
