View Full Version : Rate The Wrestler - Day 70 - Hayabusa

Today Wrestler of the day, is Hayabusa, who I will guess, many of you don't know...don't worry, the RTW will return tomorrow will a more reconzible name in Buff Bagwell...Oh yes, before I forget, CM Punk scored a good 82, which ties him with Hulk Hogan

Anywayz, Hayabusa was a wrestler in Japan for the MWF (I beleive that was the fed) federation, He was it's biggest Draw, his name Hayabusa, Translate to the Falcon, Too my knowledge, he invented the Falcon Arrow move...and was one of the greatest High Flyers ever to grace a ring, He did make a apperance in ECW at Heat Wave 98 PPV, teaming with Jinsei Shinzaki to take on Rob Van Dam and Sabu....

However, Sadly, the Falcon was grounded on a night in October in 2001, in what I consider the second saddest moment in Wrestling history behind Owen Hart death, that night Hayabusa, went for a Lionsault, however, his foot slipped on the bottom rope, as his body fell backwards and he landed on the top of his head and paralyzed him....He is slowly warning how to walk again, as he has regain limited mobility.

Hayabusa is an over rated piece of crap. 6.5
I agree. Way too wreckless in the ring... Not only did he put his body on the line but most of the moves that he did injured others as well. It's true that he had style, but it was at the expense of other workers.

I'll say a 6.8

I never really cared for him all that much despite him wrestling the style I am a fan of.

I hope "Rate the Wrestler" sticks around for a while. Who knows, we might even be able to have "Rate the Matches", usuing the scores given here as guidelines.

He's landed on his head quite a few times so yeah, it's very possible it's him.

Yeah, it's most likely him, There are two brutal clips that I've seen, one is of the botched Lionsault that ended his career when he land on top of his head, the other was in a match against Mike Awesome, where he went for the Shooting Star Press, didn't get enough rotation to finish it, and landed on his neck, badly...

We still went on to Finish the match, that lasted 10-15 more Minutes...before being taken to the hospital where he suffered a broken neck and missed the better part of a year...

Anywayz, While I'm Here.

I can't rate for this guy since I haven't seen him wrestle.

However, you have Shawn Michaels rated as 95 when he should be 92 I'm guessing.
