I am looking for a new bass, these two are possibilities:

actually probably not gonna get either one, but which one would you get
also, recommend me some other basses for like under $300.

cause it looks like it's just a wood body which has been waxed or something, rather than the BC rich which is painted and varnished over and all that jazz.

If youre parents are loaded then get them to get you a bass from Spector, they are the man just really expensive. Mine was like $800 but it plays awesome.

BC Rich sounds like shit.. They are made for people who want to look all metal but don't want to spend money on a custom cool looking guitar or something.

yeah I tried a few BC Rich guitars today, they don't play very well. I tried some of the "classic" models, they play better but they are like $900.

I have a Platinum series Warlock. I got it for ten dollars. It does the job, but I'd rather play something else. It has 24 frets, which is the only thing that makes it half decent. I hate playing on guitars that don't have at least 24 frets.
