Is it still around?
Nope. Closed up many moons ago. The great Court Bauer was supposedly ready to start a promotion called H2Wrestling with Teddy Hart, but that failed before it even began.

And also does anyone own any of the dvds?
I personally don't, but I know people who do and have seen them. I also had been to one of their live events - and now wish I could have those three hours of my life back.

If So, Are they any good(Quality Of Dvd)?
The DVD's are good in quality, but can't say all of the matches are. Anything with PJ Friedman is a waste of time, as well as the tag matches with him and Dr.Death squashing guys like Mike Sanders and Jimmy Yang. The Hack Meyers and Norman Smiley match also is horrid, as is the WarGames themed cage with Windham and all of them.

The few events I've seen over here on the wrestling channel weren't anything to write home about. Styles on commentary is good but I dunno the fans don't seem to be into the matches that much.

MLW lacked a few things - the most important of which were: good booking skills, any type of promotional skills, and common sense. They put these events together and did a lot in the way of wasting money. Flying in referees to work a show when there were already great referees in the areasof their shows and things like that.

They booked Jerry Lynn under in practically every match he worked for them. Putting Vampiro on top of the card is another mistake. Kojima, etc. ere great ideas - but not in Florida - as there aren't too many fans there to begin with, but again, not too many who will take to those guys. They'd be more appreciated in the NE part of the US, but again, Bauer fucked himself over, and basically got booted out of there.

They focused too much on trying to bring back ECW, instead of creating MLW.
