View Full Version : For the Yank's
Whats seen as the top level of American Football in America, NFL or that college stuff cause it seems that the college stadiums are massive fucking things( well from looking at the picture in BCWWF's thread ). Common sense would say NFL that players move up to there after college but college seems more popular.

Depends what part of the country you are in. I think that College ball is more popular in the South and Midwest where as the pro league is more popular in the other areas of the country.

NFL is the top level though, like the best players are in the pros. Or eventually the best players make it to the pros.
A lot of people like college football though because its cheapier to go (usually) the atmosphere is a lot different. Plus, its college, so you got a ton of college kids going nuts for their team.

Football stadiums used to be built to be able to hold more and more people. Nowadays teams seem to want to have a stadium that looks good and has a lot of corporate box seats. The 4 stadiums that hold 100,000 plus were all built by 1960 and those are all college stadiums.
