Sometimes I forget that I still haven't played more than an hour's worth of the first. Aside from the original Goldeneye and Perfect Dark, I'm not really into FPS games.

Can't wait for it as the first game was awesome. The story for Echoes sounds engrosing, with the Light and the Dark worlds. And the multiplayer hopefully will be up there with the best FPS multiplayers, like GoldenEye and Perfect Dark.

It's not really an FPS though. Well it's first person, and you shoot... so maybe it is. :-\

Yeah I bought this the same day as I bought WoW, so I only played it like 3 hours so far :o Gonna have to get into it more though, seems really hot

So, with WoW being a douchebag and constantly crashing on me, decided to play MP2 a bit finally. It's a fun game, really close to the first one. Identical controls and all. I'm not totally digging the whole light/dark beams (though the light/dark stuff as a whole is pretty awesome). I like the storyline of it so far, reading all the lore and everything. Pretty solid stuff. Seems like everything is going kinda fast though. Like I've only played a couple hours and already got bombs, space jump, and dark/light beams. I dunno. Pretty fun game though, I think I like the original MP more though. :$

I got as far as the 3 headed worm boss, which proceeded to kick my ass so badly that I got annoyed and stopped playing. Been concentrating on Prince Of Persia 2 ever since.

Yeah that boss was annoying. When it's attached to the sphere, target its head and shoot it with 5 missiles, then when it falls you have to morph into the ball and let it gulp you up. That part took me forever to figrure out, lol :o

Yeah, I know how to damage it, I just kept getting stuck out in the Dark atmosphere, and it gradually wore away all my energy.

Well then killing him is going to make you very happy... I won't spoil it though :love:

You spoiled it anyway, since I can now guess that killing it is what gets you the Dark Suit. :p
