So I was told to go to Start, then to Settings, then to Control Panel.
Then when I get to Control Panel, I was told to go to Administrative Tools, and then to Services. Forward to Print Spooler, and then to click Restart.
Now, the only problem is - I go to Control Panel, but I don't have an Admin. Tools option. Anyone know how I can get to where I need to to change this?
Thanks in advance.
Try typing in "administrative tools" at the end of you address in the address bar and see if the shortcut just got deleted. If that doesn't work or you don't want to do that you can just go to Start > Run > "Services.msc"

Hey, DS. I just tried that, and haven't been able to access it either way :(
Does it give you an error?

Only when I tried to access it through Run, then it says:
Cannot find the file 'services.msc' [or one of its components]. Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
You might need to do a repair install if you still have your setup disk. Just put it in the drive and boot from there and then press R to go to the Recovery Console and it should fix it there.

try getting the admin tools by right clicking on the start menu, properties then customise (if running XP) You then need to put a tick in the admin tools box.
