I have to go with Bret because he had unbelieveable matches especially during the pre-Attitude era which is my favorite time period of WWF. The list is too long to think of right now.

Neither. Riiiiiiiic Flair should have quit with some dignity years ago, before being the "saggiest player in the game" As for Bret - see other post. Overated, only remembered from being unprofessional enough to drop the belt a day before he left. Pathetic. Move on people.... The new stars are coming if you look hard enough. Randy Orton And Batista, under the supervision of HHH are gonna be huge, even if they are being held down by Flair.

Bret for me. Ric can have all the respect in the world, but I've never liked him for some reason.

Look, Bret Hart was my hero growing up as a kid and I always liked the guy ever since he broke Bad New's trophy at WM4. The Hart Foundation was my Fav stable of all-time and my Fav period in wrestling of all-time. I watched way more of Bret Hart and the WWF then I did of Ric Flair and WCW, especially during the late 80's-early 90's. Bret Hart is a legend and so is Flair, but for me Bret will always be the best there is, was and ever will be.

But Nice Avatar Hired Hitman

What good has Bret Hart done?

Ric Flair is a living legend dammit!I subjectively voted for Bret out of the fact that he's been my all-time favorite wrestler for the longest time. I admit that Flair has accomplished more, and will most likely go down as a better superstar.

Other reasons why I voted for Bret, see my previous post.

Ive grown up watching more Bret than Ric. I only really watched Ric through the late WCW from the Four Horseman (Flair, Benoit, Anderson, Malenko and Mongo). Ive been watching Bret since I was 2

Bret Hart. he just seems a more technical fit, and I have never seen an unentertaining bret Hart match. He's a mixture of Chris Benoit and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The guy was intense. Flair is a classic, but I just don't think he surpasses Bret Hart.

I voted for Bret. It was close, but i went with him because he is not around anymore, so it's easier to appreciate what he has done. With Ric Flair, I think he has hung around to long and tarnished what he has done in the past.

Actually, I didn't know.

Plus, like I basically stated, wins and loses mean nothing. Goldberg and Hunter win ALOT of their matches, and they have beaten either or Flair and Hart. Doesn't make them better.

Plus, I've ALWAYS loved Flair. He is STILL gold on the mic, and still isn't half bad in the ring. One of the reasons I'm not a huge Hart fan, was because I've never got into his promos. IMO, he lacked charisma. Flair was fun to watch, Hart was a channel changer.

*shrug* To each their own..
