--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Results from WWE SmackDown and Velocity tapings from Richmond, Virginia:

WWE Velocity (Air Date: 12/4)
-Kidman defeated Chavo Guerrero
-Jindrak and Reigns defeated Funaki and Nunzio
-Paul London defeated Akio

WWE Smackdown (Air Date: 12/2)
-JBL, Jordan, Amy and the Bashams are backstage. JBL proclaims the Bashams his new "Secretaries of Defense".

-Mysterio, RVD and Torrie Wilson defeated Dupree, Suzuki and Hiroko.

-Hiroko is upset backstage. She ends up in a Bra & Panties match with Torrie on next week's Smackdown.

-As Adam Martin reported earlier, Ryan Reeves was cut from the million dollar Tough Enough competition.

-Haas vs. Jesus was interupted by Carlito. Jesus beat down Haas, no match took place.

-Jesus vs. Cena is signed for Armageddon. The match, presumably for the US title, will be a street fight.

-Bashams defeated Eddie and Booker T. Some tension between Eddie and Booker after the match.

-Kurt Angle squashed a local jobber. Post-match, Kurt offers to take Joy on a date. Joy turns him down, as she already has a date with the Big Show. Kurt and company threaten Joy, but Show comes down and cleans house.

-Tough Enough contestants come out in drag. All the contestants hit on Hardcore Holly. Milzan won the contest.

-Dawn Marie came out and questioned the crowd as to who looked better dressed as Santa; her or Jackie. Jackie comes out, catfight ensues.

-Undertaker defeats JBL and Jordan by DQ. JBL and crew beatdown Taker to end the show.

After the cameras stopped rolling, JBL challanged Taker to a match. After some brawling, Taker tombstones JBL and leaves.

Tough Enough contestants come out in drag. All the contestants hit on Hardcore Holly.

ROFLMAO!!! Now THAT is punishment!

Hiroko in Bra and Panties Match? Oh boy. I can see the :drool:s coming already. :D Not that I mind either, tho that'll be really odd to see a geisha girl in full makeup get stripped, if that's what'll happen.

Cool to see Jesus vs Cena signed, though I guess Cena will make another miracle comeback from near kidney failure... only to get into a match that directly threatens his kidneys???? Okay....

And Bashams are the Secretaries of Defense now? Man, this is turning into the Stable of People We Randomly Placed Because They're Not Doing Anything.

Next thing you know, Akio is Secretary of Aviation (that'd be clever).

But yeah... LMAO at Hardcore Holly.

I thought they were gonna have the Bashams split up. That was what they were making it seem like. Now I guess that is just another thing wwe has decided to throw out the window.

WOW Smackdown has really turned into shit.

What the fuck has happened to Kurt Angle? Fighting local jobbers each week. This is pathetic

Yup smackdown has gone down the shithole. And when i say it you know its true cos i was one of the few defending smackdown up until recently, i can't believe the amount of times i say 'way to waste another 10 or 15 minutes' during a smackdown show these days. Its like the bookers don't even care, oh and it looks like Big Show will be the one as i keep saying to take those gold medals, just look at the spoilers before Kurts match.

Soooo... will Hiroko be wrestling without her makeup?

Though I fully expect a Kenzo interference, as he's got this jones thing going on for Torrie. Or... Kenzo in geisha drag, trying to pass himself off as Hiroko so he can grope Torrie, and for some reason no one on the announce team actually figuring it out.

While we're at it, can Smackdown please stop jobbing out the tag team champs? I'm not a huge fan of Dupree and Suzuki, but ... c'mon, guys.

to hell with punishment, fire him already

Yeah, I don't think punishment is going to do the job, unless Holly's punishment involves making a video tape collection with Chyna and X-Pac... :shifty:

Kurt's doing the hometown gimmick because he's got some (a lot) of nagging injuries, including his neck that are bothering him. So they needed to do something to keep him on TV without taking bumps, hence the gimmick.

As for SD as a whole, I think its still decent. They seem to have the worst luck when it comes to injuries though. Carlito was getting hot, and he's out, Angle is basically out. Show isn't 100%, and Cena is doing the movie thing.

Nevertheless... I think they're wasting some huge angles. Hell, now'd be a great time to incorporate MORE Cruiserweight feuds (and finish London vs Kidman and Kidman vs Chavo), but they're doing the opposite. :'(

Yeah well thats whats wrong with the WWE, as soon as they get injuries they're stuck, well i say if you ain't prepared to do a show thats gonna have injuries to wrestlers, don't do a fucking wrestling show.
