Probably the three best song intros I've ever heard, in that order.
Yeah, "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Baba O'Reilly" are great intros. "Welcome to the Jungle" by GnR isn't too bad either.

I'm not a great Guns n Roses fan, but in terms of building a song up then pretty much stopping it and restarting it in one song, it's hard to beat Welcome to the Jungle, Paradise City, Sweet Child o Mine etc.

for gym music music for fitness in general, I recommend european dance music.......
it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...
.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym ;) ....
