They should definitely be in there over DoA.

cause it's really a blatant rip-off. Besides, with Randy out of the group, now it's just Triple H with Flair and Batista. No real group dynamic anymore.

I liked the Harts, partly because I'm a mark for Bret....and Owen....and Davey, oh and the whole Canada-US deal. Those were good times. And house show business did start to turn around with their program with Austin.
But its hard to argue against the original version of the NWO, they helped spur the growth of WCW and nearly put WWE out of business.
IV Horseman also deserve mention, but I didn't watch much NWA as a kid, so its tough for me to judge them. In terms of drawing though, they were nowhere near NWO.

The Four Horseman will always and forever will be the symbol of excellence.
They paved the way for the nWo's, the DX's, the Evolutions, and everyother makeshift stable to come along over the years.
Unlike the other stables. the 4 Horseman never got to the point where they were adding members every week (nWo), doing more comedy routines than wrestling (DX), or just plain sucking (Evolution and most every other stable mentioned). They had the right talent (sans the Roma era) that made them look like a legit force each time around. Unlike the nWo, the Horseman did not end up looking like a joke. With each jobber the nWo added, the less intimidating they looked. Sure the Horseman had a lot of member changes over the years, but 99% of those times they still looked menancing. The only problem was that during the last 6 years or so in WCW, they weren't pushed as much as they should have been. That might have hurt their credibility a little, but years later the fans are still flashing the Four fingers.

The Hart Foundation. Had the best mix of everything, only had 5 members, and they were all together for the same reasons basically. Were the tightest stable ever as well, seeing as how they were family, and the one who wasn't felt like family. "Blood is thicker than water" as it said on the back of the HF t-shirt.
And as Pillman once said, he was proud to be a horseman, but it got to the point where it was a dead horse..so he told them to fuck off and became the rogue horseman.
The Hart Foundation owns all.

The Hart Foundation was only around for like half of a year, IF that. And when they were together, never made as much of an impact that the Horsemen did.

That is laughable. Bret would own Flair, Owen would take care of some serious business on Tully, Pillman would show Arn that Sid wasn't the craziest motherfucker he's had the mispleasure of fighting with, and Bulldog would wipe the floor with the garbage that is any one of the other guys you wanna add in the last slot. And then Neidhart would be hanging around waiting to make it a 2 on 1 to whomever is putting up the biggest struggle. It'd be a severe beatdown favouring the Hart Foundation :y:

See, most everyone here will never know how much the Four Horsemen changed Professional Wrestling. Unles you watched NWA and WWF back in the 80's, you don't get what that faction ment to the entire profession. Oh and by the way, I am talking about the original Horsemen. Ole Anderson, The Enforcer Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, and the Nature Boy Ric Flair with J.J. Dillion leading the pack. I agree, Mongo McMichael, Sting, Luger, hell even Benoit and Malenko didn't belong in the Horsemen. After Arn and Tully left, that is when I consider the Horsemen done and over with.
Take nothing away from the other contenders for best stable ever..nWo, DX, and naturally the Hart Foundation. But not a one of these stables could have come around without Arn, Tully, Ole and Ric. I am not going to get into the matching up man for man, because that will ultimatly just lead to a Flair vs. Hart debate which quite frankly I have heard just about enough of over the past 6 months. But I will say this, I have been watching Wrestling long enough to remember and rise and fall of every single major faction in professional wrestling's history, and without doubt the Horsemen go down as the greatest...well 2nd greatest after the J.O.B. Squad :shifty:

I may be biased towards Bret, but I never once said anything bad about Flair's wrestling ability or performance. Flair as a person is a dick, but I give credit where credit is due, unlike you who says "Flair would make Bret look like an Indy worker"
