Anyways, the guy who owned balco (I think he was an owner) Victor Conty (not sure the last name spelling). He goes on TV tonight and tells how she did roids and he taught he to inject in her thigh because she didn't like giving herself shots in the stoumach and this guy basiclly gives her up and the details.

Who's next? Who else does he sell out for a buck?

The other issue is, this grand jury testimony is being leaked, it's not public info, so there is a real chance the reporters in SF could go to jail if they get subpenaded to give their source and refuse (think White Water, Woodward and Bernstein).

So, McCain has said if Baseball doesn't setup real testing and penalties by January the Gov't will step in, Biden is also on it. Biden was on espn this morning, said there are some 4th amendement questions if the gov't can step in and force testing, but he pulled the usual trump card of "baseball doesn't have to keep that ant-trust exemption", which is what the Gov't threatans everytime they want baseball to do something that the owners or players don't want to.
