In case you were wondering

To update fans on the condition of Lita, she was all right after taking that vicious bump to her head and neck when she tried a suicide dive to Trish Stratus on the outside of the ring. If you watch the replays, you can see Lita's face connect squarely with the floor mat when she landed.
