Sure It says several stars have held that belt, but you realise that there have been several coppies of that title? I mean didn't WCW let their champs keep their titles, and they just had other ones?

Although I wouldn't doubt it,I doubt that he is THAT short on cash (if he is at all).Some guys have no use for that stuff after retiring (or coming close to it),so they sell it; if you can make a few extra bucks off of it,and don't need/want it,why hold onto it?
