Apparantly Paul Heyman isn't backstage at the SmackDown! tapings tonight, which is bad news because he wasn't at SmackDown! PPV Armageddon either. It's not looking good for the Heyman/WWE situation, considering htis is not a work.

Hopefully that means Heyman is headed to RAW. If not he may be leaving the WWE, which could spell good things for TNA, if Paul Heyman went to work there. I'm not sure what his relationship with all the wrestlers and management is, but I really think TNA could boom if Heyman was at the creative wheel.

He'll face the same problems in TNA I'd wager.

I'd say you'd be right. But seriosuly, while they're trying to rise to the top, Paul Heyman could do wonders with guys like Sonny Siaki, Hector Garza, Kid Kash, Dallas, and practically anyone they have to make them unique. And I really think Jarret vs. Raven would be gold with Heyman and Rhodes behind the wheel.

I think if TNA got him they could do some serious damage to the wwe. I hope this happens because im looking forward to TNA surpassing WWE right now.

So because he wasn't at two shows in the same week everyone assumes he's being firec or quitting? :wtf:

Yeah, but Heyman could be gold for the WWE too. Look what the egos have done for him thus far there.

I agree that he's got the capacity to make some heads turn if he were to go to TNA. However, the odds that he'd be able to shine there are about as good as the chance to shine on WWE TV.

Paul Heyman is excellent at booking, but who out there will actually let him do what he does without hampering him?

Giving the success of the ECW dvd I think WWE should create a third brand, written and GM'd by Paul Heyman. It could take over Velocity's time slot plus one hour so that they could be as extreme or hardcore as they want to be since they would have a late night time slot. They could put some talent on that show that are being way underutilized like RVD, Rhyno, the Dudleys, Tajiri, Garrison Cade, Val Venis, etc. It could be used as good starting place for Developmental Talent as well. ahhhh... but this is only what I want and I know the WWE would never eeeeeeeeeeeeeeever do anything this cool.

When someone like Paul Heyman doesn't attend two MAJOR shows, and has spoken out against the company, and has been demoted form his high-ranked position in the company, it is fair to SPECULATE on what may happen if he left the company.

I have no doubt that Heyman could be one of the biggest assets to the WWE, but we've all seen him sort of used cautiously. While I can't blame the WWE for this, Iif Heyman went someone else, it could really upset their stronghold of things.

A place like TNA would probably be begging for someone like Heyman. They need someone who can make them viable competition. Even if it's just coming up with gimmicks for these guys, or putting him in an assistant booker type role, he could still help TNA immensly.

I can't see a growing company with Heyman in their ranks not using him to the best of their abilities. A place that's on top of the mountain, like the WWE, doesn't have the need for the compelling storylines and characters Heyman can come up with (well they don't think they need them). If TNA was more competition for the WWE, then Heyman might be used a bit more, but if not, I think he will continue to be in "hot water" with the WWE.

Although I am fairly confident Heyman will remain in the WWE, if he does leave the company for whatever reason, the wrestling scene could become a lot more interesting.
