Shawn Michaels confirmed to return in January

HBK is scheduled to wrestle Rick Flair at the January 14th house show in Minnesota.I'm kind of hoping they will keep him off of wwe tv until the Royal Rumble and have him become a surprise entry in the rumble match.

I would have Kurt angle as #1 and then have HBK as #2.I think the Rock could be a surprise entry also since the RR is in Cali.

yea that would surprise alot of people to see Rock and HBK enter in the rumble....that is if WWE doesnt mention that they will be in it. I hate how the wwe hypes everything by instead of us being surprised when someone returns they show clips and stuff saying that in a few weeks he will be returning. Ive been hoping for that to happen with Kane or Matt Hardy but as we saw on Raw that is ruined with Kane.

I really think Kane, Matt Hardy, Shawn Michaels and The Rock would make great surprise entrants. Problem is they're all on RAW. I personally hope that they don't release a list of participants for this Rumble. People buy it because it is the Rumble, and if they do it right, all the major talent will be booked so it looks like they'll be winning the Rumble, anyway. Keep the other guys secret.

As for the #30 spot, I'd like to see it given to Shawn Michaels. Have Bischoff win the slot in a coin toss, and have him fill-in a superstar to that position, and they'll have to find out who it is at the Rumble. Then out comes Shawn Michaels, and hopefully wins, and heads over to SmackDown!.

I agree, but if it is Cena or Orton I will be a bit upset. They don't deserve it yet, IMO, and I'd rather see an unpredictable winner of the Rumble. Maybe Benoit again? I dunno, but just someone to win and lose to JBL at Mania.

I really hope we see Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle at Mania, with Angle winning after Garrison Cade turns on Michaels. Say what you like, Garrison Cade is decent, and a good big man. I can really see a feud with Shawn Michaels creating a star out of the guy.

What I would like to see is Garrison Cade returns and costs Shawn Michaels a match to Angle at Mania. Then Garrison Cade pulls out a ladder and drops the Flying Elbow off it onto Michaels. Then Garrison cuts Shawn's hair, and for a while we don't see HBK, but we get to hear his music every week when Garrison Cade comes out wearing similiar attire and a similiar entrance.

I had no clue Nowinski was ready to return. I thought he was out indefinately with concussion-based syndromes.

Garrison Cade would be great as HB Cade, as long as he had a feud with Michaels at the same time. If Garrison Cade hit Shawn Michaels' wife, and then scared his kid, as well as cutting off some of Shawn's hair, it would really get him over as a major heel.
