I'm really liking these two Arab characters WWE is using, they get a tremendous amount of heat. Today they had the standard debate thing going on, and for once I actually enjoyed it (except for the predictable ending of the Arabs attacking JR/King, they should have ended it differently imo). For some reason, I can totally picture Michael Moore getting involved with this storyline (siding with Hassan), and WWE would be idiots to not try to enlist his services as he is at least a newsmaker (something WWE needs) if nothing else. Hell, they could even cross-brand with JBL and try to get him over as a face for a bit, him being notoriously pro-American (heading into WM though I doubt this, as WWE doesn't want fans deciding who they should boo/cheer). What do you guys think?

So far I've seen nothing but the same thing over and over with them (beating up Jr and The King not withstanding). They need a real feud or people are gonna start losing interest.

Do you honestly think Michael fucking Moore would ever get involved in Pro-wrestling? You're a god damned idiot.

Nah Remy this guy is different. The heat he was getting tonight was insane. I see big things for Hassan.

Hassan is a terrorist. All Arabs are. This is a disgrace to America and this is a disgrace to my intelligence.

I kinda wonder what he meant when he said "Most Arab Americans aren't like me. In fact, most Arab Americans make me sick!" It sort of defeats the whole "he's an American too" schtick and turns him into another America basher. Once they do that, it's over.

I just hope they don't screw it up. It's so damn easy too, and they might already be on their way... but at least it was a good save viciously beating up then taunting JR and King. I don't mind them getting involved with the announcers as long as its temporary and doesn't last months (*cough* Tazz *cough*)

Hassan has an awesome body. I've never seen him in the ring, but if his in ring actions are half as good as his body then I see big things for him... As long as they can re-package him. If they can keep him fresh, and he could very well be the next Randy Orton. If they can't, then ten bucks says he fued with Eugene, and Eugene goes over.

Somebody had mentioned this in the other thread that he was not an anti-American, but saying that he no longer was willing to support the troops instantly made him an anti-American. But this angle could go well if they keep him just being pissed off for not being equal. But I agree, once he is an anti-American, then the whole thing is over.

I can see Mohammad Hassan taking the path of the rock (name shortening wise) and in two years or less he will be known as "Mohammad" What does the rock have to do with this? well nothing :)

I found it great how they announced him from Michigan. At least they are following through with this.

I actully had a good idea for the next couple of months for Hassan, was gonna post it as a topic but ill add it on here

Basiclly i was thinking Hassan is a lot like the sgt slaughther during the gulf war, but he doesn't have a strong us character to go against, but if there quick like they were with slaughter they could easly make him a main event player and put him in the headlines.

At NYR, he beats the king, easliy and cleanly, anyway over the next few weeks he cuts more promo's talking about the people and their racist views, and how the wwe audience is worse.

Anyway on a visit to raw, the rock makes an apprence and says that if Hassan has a problem with the people then he has a problem with the rock.

This culminates in a match at Wrestlemania, in which he beats the rock cleanly, this gives him instant credabillity as a main event player.

He then goes after Randy Orton who won the title at wrestlemania, the focus of their can feud can be Orton's ditching of his army careear, this culminates in Hassan winning the world title with a stolen victory at backlash.

This is where id now bring in the huge american icon to stop Hassan, personally id leave cean on smackdown til about about a few months before summerslam and have hassan vs a patroatic cena.

I Just think if the hassan character is to propser they need to push him soon so what he is saying doesnt get old, and he becomes another la resistence

The only slight improvement that I could suggest to improve the segment would have been when LAwler was crawling back in the ring and trying to fight back if Hassan had just stopped King on his knees, bit of taunting and then just push King to the ground instead of just getting out of the ring

Prediction: 10 years from now, Muhammad Hassan will be on Wrestlecrap.

It's nothing more than cheap heat. If the WWE wanted an anti-american wrestler, why wouldn't they capitolize off of the half dozen they ALREADY HAVE. Will we see Muhammad Hassan join La Resistance in an "Anti-Americans" group? I vaguely remember a group called that at one time...

The answer is No. He will not, because the sheep have already forgotten why La Resistance are heels.

Funny...to add a bit of a twist to the story, I was kinda hoping that we'd see some development of Rob Conway's character by having him save the announcers, turning him face if not at least tweener. It'd make his character fresh again, he'd be getting used, Hassan would get a proper induction into the Raw ranks, we wouldn't be forced to watch JR waddle around (btw, didn't he look like Jabba the Hutt dying when he was getting strangled last night?), the feud would be interesting, and eventually we'd see more midcard developments between himself and Sylvan Grenier. THe only place to go is up from there.

Muhammad Hassan is NOT an Anti-American character. He is an Arab-American. And as such he has given us his story since 9/11, and it has been heartbreaking. Seeing him as another Anti-American is dead wrong. "I hate America!" is cheap heat, "American hates me!", is not.

I kinda wonder what he meant when he said "Most Arab Americans aren't like me. In fact, most Arab Americans make me sick!"

After he said this he went on to say they make him sick because they try to hide where there from, instead of showing it like he does... So basically he said he didnt like them because they didnt embrace the Arab religeon(sp?).

LOL, awwwwwwww. They could actually do that. Have it turn out Khosrow is actually saying America is the greatest country in the world, just to screw the fans around.

We need someone who speaks Farsi to translate every Monday night. I'm pretty sure he actually repeats or says the same sort of stuff Hussan does, but it'd be hilarious if one night, he came out and started talking about a recent trip to Disneyland, and how he loved Small World and stuff.

That'd remind me of that Simpsons episode where Lisa ran away, wandered into like the Russian neighborhood, and these two Russians start talking and it sounds like they're cursing her but they're really saying stuff like "Oh you poor little girl. Are you lost? How can I help you?" and stuff.
