Well I don't want to know what you think, I want to know the answer.

well since I don't know, you could do it like this:
Since the brand split Brock and Benoit have won. That means two SD superstars. So chances are it will be a RAW star this time.
Orton would be too obvious and HHH will probably have the title by then and I can't see anyone the WWE would have win it except Batista.

No one knows. Not until after the match will we know. Garrison Cade probably won't even be cleared to wrestle then. Hurricane has got little to no chance of winning, although he MAY make the final four, and the two favourites are John Cena and Randy Orton, although I'd rather see Dave Batista win it.

It will be someone from Raw and after the New Years Resolution it will probably be obvious on who will win it. Im thinking Orton.

I don't know why, but I can only see Orton vs. Jericho and Orton vs. Michaels for the World Heavyweight Championship at Mania if Orton wins the Rumble.

I reckons it's going to be HHH winning. An actual heel wrestler hasn't won the Rumble since 1997 (Vince doesn't count!) So therefore I think a face is winning the elimination chamber and will be the main event of the Rumble

 He should be in it. Actually, he should be back soon, so we'll be seeing the flying elbow more often now

I personally hope he returns costing Shawn Michaels a match against Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 21, then beats up Michaels, and cuts off his hair. That would get Cade over as an extreme heel.

It isn't going to be anyone from SmackDown...sorry to anyone hoping for Cena to take the Rumble...

My guess is Batista.

Once. Just ONCE. I want to see somebody totally unexpected win the Rumble. I mean, they could lose their shot at the champ before Wrestlemania to somebody else who could draw if they wanted, but I think that if one total fucking bonehead won the Rumble one year, people would always think in the future that ANYBODY could really win.

Just imagine somebody like Funaki winning. How great would that be?

The guy who claims to know everything about wrestling claims that words like "the" and "think" are complicated wrestling jargon that he doesn't understand. It's been so long since I've done one of my TS6 troll terminations......Let me just say that I could eat a box of Alphabits and crap out a better collection of wrestling related posts than this troll.

If a RAW Superstar wins the Rumble it will probably be Rhyno or Christian.

If a SmackDown! Superstar wins the Rumble it will probably be Rob Van Dam or Jesus.

That is what I pray for every year! I'm glad someone thinks the same way. I started watching in 2001, and when the Royal Rumble was on my whole family was watching and getting into it. Kane, The Undertaker, The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Rikishi, The Big Show & Haku. I think that was all the big stars in the 2001 Rumble, but my favourite wrestler (Kane) did so well in it, and the way they booked it, it looked like it could go any way.

Compare this to: Kane, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Rey Mysterio, Christian, Kurt Angle (if they do double duty), The Big Show (if they do double duty), Ric Flair, Batista, Triple H/Randy Orton, Edge, Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Gene Snitsky, The Undertaker/Heidenreich (if the winner does double duty), and you have an intense Royal Rumble. Not all of those people will be in there, but you can certainly have a packed Rumble, with a lot of unpredictability. See Big Vito 22's Rumble plan to see what I mean. :y:

I would MARK THE F*** OUT if Rhyno won the match. They don't have to make him in the main event, but picture it. Rhyno's #30, or earlier, but doesn't do much, all of a sudden when all the guys are in, GORE! GORE! GORE! We all have Goregasms when there are about ten Gores and ten eliminations with Rhyno winning the match. RHYNO is going ot Mania. Then they have him lose the rights to Batista or someone. Or if they crowd reacts well, why not have him go there, face Triple H and take the title. It wouldn't be a draw, but if the fans get behind Rhyno enough, I don't see why not.

With Rhyno jobbing to Batista in record time because he "pissed off" Batista, I don't see the WWE pushing Rhyno as a main event competitor. Christian might win, especially since Batista's face turn will severely limit the main event heels, but the way they've been booking him, I don't feel that he'll be winning either.

As for smackdown....you've got me. I don't know.

Here are some things we have not seen in the Rumble for a long time, that I miss and think could be brought back.

-A heel winner. It seems the face needs to win, then go on to win the belt. It is so predictable and stale.

-A deflected winner. It seems there always seems to be a Rumble winner who wins the title at Mania. Why not have a stronger champion?

-An unpredictable winner. If you could not predict Triple H, Brock Lesnar or Chris Benoit, you have problems. Cena, Orton or Batista seem to be a lock, and although Orton's chances have detracted, and although it is less clear-cut this year, I won't be surprised if any of them win.

-A mulit-time winner. Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin are three of the biggest stars in the WWE's history, and they have all won the Rumble at least once, and to my understanding, each one was a former World Champion BEFORE they won the match. I personally would be pleasantly surprised and satisfied if Chris Benoit won back to back Royal Rumbles. Benoit vs. Jericho at WrestleMania 21? Most people would say no, but I would say yes. Maybe add Eddie Guerrero in there after a trade (Shawn Michaels can go over to Smackers and feud with Kurt Angle).

Chris Jericho (who wins the third EC at NYR, the first-ever WWE Undisputed Champion) vs. Chris Benoit (2004 Royal Rumble winner, 2005 Royal Rumble winner, former World Heavyweight Champion of about five months, won the title in a Main Event Triple Threat at WrestleMania XX) vs. Eddie Guerrero (former WWE Champion of about four months, won a sort of "unofficial" Royal Rumble last year on the SD! after the 2004 Royal Rumble). Hell, why not add Edge? Then have Triple H vs. Batista vs. Randy Orton, Muhammad Hassan vs. The Rock, Shelton Benjamin vs. Maven and hopefully Ric Flair vs. Mick Foley as the RAW supporting card.

The problem is they are on opposite brands, so you'd need to trade Benoit for JBL, which probably wouldn't work.
