wow that wasn't very good, a notch away from being crap infact. Failed attempt at being scary and a rather incoherent story (the way its explained) Anyone seen this?

I've always thought Micheal Keaton is the goods, but alas I've heard this movie blows (like most of his movies post-Batman).

Yeah, I've been hearing terrible things which sucks, because I was quite interested in it.
Probably gonna see it anyway, I have 10 Loews dollars sitting in my room that have to be used soon.

I had high hopes in seeing this movie untill I saw this thread. Infact I probably would of seen it yesterday if not for the fact that I woke up late and im to cheat to pay for the theatres high price tickets. I usually go earler and get the cheaper ones.
It looked interesting to me and the first time I saw the trailer for it I was freaked out. Poor Batman needs to do some good movies.

This movie is such crap. I'll rant about it later because I have to leave. But, godamnit, it is one of the worst movie I've seen.

General opinion seems to be that it's garbage.

Honestly I thought the movie was good until about half way through.
As you know the general idea is just about hearing the death through the static on your TV or radio. See it would have been cool if they just stuck to that concept... but then they expand the story a bit too much and it really begins to blow after that.
I was REALLY disappointed with the ending and I think I deserve a free popcorn for sitting through this crap at the least. Whether you go see it or not is up to you, but I'd definately wait for DVD release if you're interested in seeing it.

Yea I thought it would be pretty good. But they really stretched it too much and ended up at being a stupid movie. It was ok at first but then like halfway thru I was like'ok they fucked this movie up already'.

Had potential, then fizzled.
Plus, what was the kid being sent to the ex's all the time? Why even have the kid in the first place?

Saw it the other night but I was f'ing knackered so I was slipping in and out of sleep. It made the film interesting. Michael Keaton isn't in enough movies.

Damn, I was looking forward to this. I even showed the trailer to my dad when he was over (since he's a huge Michael Keaton fan), and he said it looked like he'd go see it eventually.
It's a shame, because all these "horror" movies are coming up with interesting ideas, then letting them fizzle out because mindless teenagers will spend money on them, and so many people go to see them on their respective premiere night because they are made to look awesome in trailers.
I'm skipping this one at the cinemas and getting it on DVD (like I am Saw, The Darkness and maybe even The Grudge). I hope one Hollywood director gets off his sweet ass and makes a good horror film that is actually worth forking out 8 bucks to see. That will be the day, though, because movies like "The Grudge" didn't exactly fail.

Saw it it was probably the least scary horror film I've ever seen and I scare easily.
Ending was so terrible.
