Im sorry to those who dont care to read this but I just needed to get out how pissed I am right now at how New Years Revolution turned out. This is all my opinion and any one is also free to express what they think....

I am very pissed right now how New Years Revolution turned out. This has to be one of the worst ppvs they have done. Sure there was an Elimination Chamber match but that doesnt stop it from sucking. First off all the matches were horrible. The Tag Title Match and the Kane Vs Snitsky were the only decent matches. Lita Vs Trish was short due to injury (dont know if it was a real injury or not) and one of the matches that in my eyes should of been good was the Intercontinental Title Match match. Benjamin Vs Maven had the power to turn out to be a great match and instead it was all talk and about 10 seconds. Damn Vince pissed me off.....

Then to get down to the Elimination Chamber. Basically everyone knew that going into this that Jericho, Beniot & Edge were just there to be eliminated. Im sure no one really expected them to be in the final 3. Sure people would of wanted them to but everyone knew that it would come down to Batista, Triple H and Orton. Why doesnt the WWE just surprise us for once. This would of been great because no one would of been expecting either of the three other men to win the title tonight. Instead they drop it back to Triple H which means that Orton will win the Rumble and challenge Triple H for the title at Mania.

Now I used to be a Orton fan but I guess he is sorta like The Rock to me. I only like them when they are heels because now that Orton is a face im having a hardtime standing the guy.

Now what made me really mad about this damn ppv is that I payed $35 for a 3 hour ppv and instead it was only 2 1/2 hours long. Now Vince should have a see and pay system because that pissed me off. Makes me feel that I should get 1/6th of my money back for that half an hour that was previews. I really want someone to see how long each match was because im guess that out of the 2 1/2 hours that WwE was on tonight that there was only an hour of matches.

This whole thing pissed me off so much and if you are still reading this now then I thank you for listening to me rant.....

Stupid WWE....TNA is a hell of alot better now in my book.

Great. But there's already a thread for this.

I agree, but I have a feeling we will see some more friction between Evolution tomorrow. I can see Jericho winning the World Heavyweight Championship, even if it is just for a week or two.

I think the WWE knows how crappy their PPV was (and that is strange coming from me), and I think they've learnt their lesson. I'm pretty sure the next few RAWs will make up for that, and if they don't, we always have SmackDown! (which has fairly good matches most of the time), and I will be praying TNA gets shown over here in Australia soon.

There were two or three injuries which caused some time to be lost. I agree that they could have added another match somewhere in there to compensate, but did you see how many diva segments they had? It probably wasn't because of lost time, but what I am trying to say is that if they watered it down even more and made it longer, is that necessarily a good thing?

Probably not. I would have loved to have seen Rhyno vs. Steven Richards added to the card under ECW rules, just for the sake of it.

Remember the old NWA-TNA they were shown, those were some entertaining matches.

can't wait for NWA-TNA to be signed to a Television deal right here in Australia!

Yeah, shame FOX8 was all over the place, though. Hopefully we get the shows much like we get RAW and SmackDown! now. :y:

I see HHH keeping the belt to Wrestlemania. I know we all hoped the belt would be taken off the Evolution guys so that we could get another good feud (HHH vs Orton/maybe Batista is hot enough so that there's no belt needed), but whatever. I knew HHH woulkd retain.

I think we all knew deep down, but we all had faith that there would be a change. :'(

Hopefully we see a surprising Royal Rumble winner. Dave's nearly a lock, though. I won't complain if he wins, though, because he's one of the best things in the WWE right now.

That was by far the worst PPV i've seen in years

It had such potential, too. If you modified the card a bit, you could have ended up with something like this:

Elimination Chamber for the World Heavyweight Championship
Triple H vs. Chris Benoit vs. Edge vs. Kane/Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton vs. Batista

Singles Match
Muhammad Hassan vs. Chris Jericho

WWE Women's Championship
Lita vs. Trish Stratus
Special Guest Referee: Gene Snitsky

World Tag Team Championship
William Regal & Eugene vs. Christian & Maven

WWE Intercontinental Championship
Shelton Benjamin vs. Rhyno vs. Tajiri vs. Simon Dean vs. Steven Richards vs. Val Venis (It seems crowded, but it would have told a good story)

I know there was so much talent they could have used instead of playing about in a swimming pool

Don't worry people. Think about what we have to look forward to tonight on Raw. Another half hour victory speech from HHH.

Aside from the Elimination Chamber, the only match that was exciting was the chickenfight.

I feel bad for Kane having to attempt to carry Shitsky for 12 minutes.

Maven got a lot of heat, but even Glenn Gilberti (Glenn f'n Gilberti) could have gotten the heat with the same routine.

I don't get what was so bad about it, I thought it was very well done despite the Hussan match. And even the Hussan match had be diein laughing when Daivairi screamed after Lawler kicked out. And I knew I would be right about the Tag Team match being the sleeper hit of the night (in the live thread).

Like I said in the other thread I think that Batista might turn tonight. I think that they will pull an angle like they did with Randy. You know how at Summerslam every member of Evolution was all happy for him but it was the next night on Raw that Triple H turned his back on him. I hope they do something along those lines for tonight.

Shaggy I agree with you 100 percent. This is one good reason why I don't ever order PPV'S. :p

I found it extremely ironic that the two men who should've rightfully been the world heavyweight champion (Benoit and Edge) were the first two men eliminated.

After what happened on Raw tonight...I would like to think that Edge might win the Rumble

I don't think I've ever seen the WWE make a claim as to how long their pay per views are going to be.
