Window problem

If I click on a link to open another window, the page stays entirely white with no load up bars or anything. Does the same for pop up ads and stuff. Need help. Just reinstalled everything so it should be fresh and on default settings.

try this

add/remove programs.. click IE, go to add/remove, and just click repair instead of uninstall, that solves most of my problems
