Never heard of these guys before...so, what other stuff of theres should I listen to?

First of all, Tech N9ne is just one person. He's from Kansas City, and he's been around for a very long time. I've often said that he's the most underrated rapper in the industry. I've met him twice, and my group actually got the pleasure to open up for him at one of his shows in Cleveland. Personally, I think all of his stuff is good. He's pretty much my favorite rapper right now. However, if I were to recommend one CD of his to you, it would probabaly be "Absolute Power". It's amazing. "Anghellic" is also good, but it may be a little weird for some people's taste. He has a new CD coming out sooner than later called "Eveready: The Religion". I can't wait for that. He did a few songs off of it when I saw him in concert, and it sounds great.

Yeah my friend is obsessed with him. One time his promotional van passed through this mall strip I frequent, and some big black dude in the passenger seat was like, "hey how's it going" to me and my cousin, and we were like "We cool."

Never heard any of his songs though.

I hang out with TechN9ne...naw, not really. But like every other dude in KC claims to hang out with him. He is huge hear. I saw one of his music videos on MTV once, and I shit my pants. The KC Star and the Pitch (a local free news paper) shit their pants about him when ever he does a big show around here. He is kinda of a local cult legend.
