View Full Version : Wrestler Threatened via Discussion Boards
From Rajah.com:
The following is part of the full message which was posted:
“Hey, Davari (sic) you and Hassan are going to be sorry you sand n-gger piles of sh–. After what I saw on TV last weeekend, I have made a decision that if you and Hassan come anywhere within 300 miles of where I am you stupid assclowns who s— off f–ing camels and wants seconds, I will be more then (sic) glad to empty three full clips from my 9MM glock into your punk ass. If you and Hassan don’t like the USA then do us Americans all a f–ing favor and leave the USA muthaf—er before someone sends you home to the Middle East in a f—ing casket you stupid son of a f—ing bitch. How dare you talk sh– about the American soldier you stupid f–… So please come within 300 miles so I can buy front row ringside tix for me and my 15 friends and then when you and Hassan come to the ring talking sh–, security won’t be able to stop us and we are going to take your candy asses out for good and so what if we go to jail.”
The person who submitted the message said he has a cousin who is stationed in Afganistan as part of the Special Forces Unit. Daivari responded with the following:
“You have to wait till we get within 300 miles of you before you hop the rail and kick our asses?! Any real American patriot would be willing to drive at least 302 miles.” In an earlier post, Daivari wrote: “I don’t feel like I’m playing a character mostly cause I’m not. Not one scenario played out on TV yet has been 100 percent fabricated. Sh– like that happens to me semi-often, especially worse now that I’ve made my case public.”

it's sad when it gets to that point. very sad.
All I have to say is I admire the balls on Davari to challange these guys after receiving this death threat, and that guys like whoever sent in that message gives Amercains a bad name (not that it's really that great to most people to begin with).

Problem is, the WWE asks for trouble when they start gimmicks like this. They need to realise that the world is a helluva lot different to the Iraqi-Sgt Slaughter days. The character is in effect, speaking the truth, a lot of people blame Arabian people in general for the problems of today.
Bring in an American-Arab character who is Anti-American and lo and behold, you have people who believe what he is saying, others who object to the actor saying what he is saying and just plain idiots. Daivari, in my opinion shouldn't have replied to the message - he should have been above it, and if he replied, certainly not in the way he did - fanning the flames.
Funny, I was thinking after NYR that what if this gimmick got really 'big', how I wouldn't want to be Mohammed Hassan walking into an arena.
I have to admire that you actually believe it.
Yea, because this is so unbeleivable. I mean, everyone knows wrestling is fake and that all Americans think rationally enough to relize that this is only a tv show and would never be nutcases and over patiotic enough to threaten someones live blindly because of his love for his country.

This instantly reminded me of the guy who shot Dimebag (RIP) because Pantera broke up.

This whole thing is pretty stupid.
When Hassan and Daviari are in the ring and talking, every word that comes out of their mouths (apart from the troops being cowards) is true.
If they had gone to Times Square for New Year, they probably would have been searched (just like Hassan said in the RAW Debate before NYR).
A lot of people (edit: a lot more people) have started saying thins along the line of "Arabs are terrorists".
Granted, most terrorist attacks are committed by Arabians, but they are usually in their native country. The only one that springs to mind that wasn't is 9/11.
But to the comment "go back to your own country"... erm, aren't they Arab-Americans? Meaning that they are American citizens? He is announced from Detroit, Michigan (although I have heard people say he is actually from New York). If he was really Arab, wouldn't they announce that?
I know people have been announced from places that they aren't (Benoit, The Sheik, Jericho) but that was the wrestlers choice (except The Sheik who was playing an Arabian character). Hassan and Daviari are Arab-Americans, and therefore, are already IN their home country.
And the US constitution allows "freedom of speech", and all they are doing is using that right. And they are speaking the truth.
Then again, I live in England, so my views on this might not mean diddly.
Rant over.

Well all and all, it does give you another reason to watch Raw.
i'm surprised Daivari (if it's even him) dignifyed this 12 year old's post with an answer.

Go back to Rajahs and read the thread again dipshit. It's like LC Yesterday telling me that the Panada Huggers were giving the WWF it's initials back.
Meh, there are some crazy people. I remember how I didn't think it was very wise for HHH to say that he'd give 50,000k to anybody that injured Goldberg and I didn't think it was wise when they started this storyline up.
Go back to Rajahs and read the thread again dipshit. It's like LC Yesterday telling me that the Panada Huggers were giving the WWF it's initials back.
Dude, to be honest I don't even know what part of my comments your upset with. If it's the part about Davari having balls, I stick with my comment. If you are fucking given a death threat and have a set large enough to egg the guy on even farther, I say you have balls. However, if you are upset about me saying that this guy gives Americans a bad name, I stick with that comment too.
Now I'm a proud american, proud of my country and the rights I'm given. Still, I can't stand these nutcases who are overdrawn into their love for the US that they forget their common sense. Of course I see the part about Davari saying that he said earler that everything he says on television is real. However it is still for a television show based around written gimmicks and storylines. He's going to take someone who job it is to upset the crwd in shoots, and threaten his life for doing so.
Seriously, do you want to be represnted by someone who is quick to jump to violence and threaten the live of an entertainer, or someone smart enough to fight back with a decent argument than a 9MM Glock.

All I can say is I hope that gu got flamed on Shawn's message board.
Anyway, I hope to God they use this on RAW and really make fun of the guy. I would laugh my ass off. RAW's finished now, and I have no clue if he did or not (it hasn't been aired over here yet), but if not there's always next week.
Where to start with what's wrong with what he says:
1) Sands Ni*ggas. What the Hell is that supposed to mean? That makes absolutely no sense what-so-ever.
2) Go back to your own country! Unless this guy is Canadian, he's got no arguement. The characters are Arab-American.....Arab-AMERICAN! AMERICAN! Born and raised in America! And although I'm pretty sure Shawn is of Arab decent, I'm have the same confidence he was born in America (I may be wrong, though). Muhammad Hassan is a American through-and-through.
3) Everything Hassan and Daivari say is true! The only heelish thing about these guys I can gather is that Muhammad cheats (which is a bad direction for the character, IMO) and he and Khosrow generalise Americans. But this guy fits this image 100%, which makes him look like a stupid jackass.
Props to Shawn for staying in character, and I really wish this guy gets humiliated on television. I hope Hassan & Daivari didn't use the "Canada is worse" heel excuse, and embraced a standing ovation in Canada. Maybe his 15 friends and him will hunt down Canadians for not being a racist redneck resulted from incest (sorry couldn't resist).

It's sad that things are getting to that point... it's even sadder that it's getting to that point over facts. The thing I like about Hassan and Daivari is 1) they are not playing you're typical anti-american heels. They are playing AMERICANS who are more American and better American's than most, and yet they are heckled due to prejudice. 2) Everything they say is fact, and idiot fans like that prove it.

Please don't ask me to back this up, because I myself have no evidence, but I've heard Hassan is damn near orgasmic in the ring. He's disappointed me so far, but if he does some work with Jericho, I think we will see the extent of his skills.

However, It's the fan fault shit like this is happening, the way the WWE handled the situlation, They made it open where he could be a face, since he was saying he is a Arab-American and hates that all Arab people are treated badly and he just wanted the chance to prove himself....but go figure, If you have a Arab in the U.S, He's going to get boo'ed...
and yes, all the shit Hassan says is true, Thank God i'm Canadian American so i don't have to go across seas against my will and proberly get shot, stabbed, tortured, raped, burnt, etc just so Mr. Bush can have Oil Prices drop a tad bit more...

Well that's the thing, alot of the guys from OVW are hell of wrestlers...it's just when they get called into the WWE, they have to pretty much trying to wrestle and go with Vince's Style which alot of times, just sucks...
I mean, 3 Years ago, i was excited Orton was coming up, in OVW, He was a god in the ring, then he had to Water down his style, Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore is another one of thoses and sadly it seems Hassan is following the same path

Yeah, I heard from someone Randy Orton could fly around quite well, and do dropsaults and the such. I say let him do it. The Bashams have shown a lot of personality since debuting, and they have put on decent calibur matches. You can just see them ready to break away and go twice as advanced, though.
I say let them do it. What's the use of these guys developing all these awesome skills if they aren't going to be used right?
