1984, WWF replaced Georgia Championship Wrestling on TBS.

It was done w/o any warning.

People tuned in expecting to see GCW (Ric Flair) and got WWF wrestlers.

It was the early start of vinces plan to take the WWF national and buy out or put our of business his competition.

Ole Anderson was running GCW at the time, and the Briscos both owned shares which the sold out to vince behined everyones back.
