QUERY - Would you let lesnar back in the WWE?

WE all know that Lesnar left the WWE nearly a year ago to pursue his dream of not being a wrestler. Lesnar is now trying to come back to the WWE to make an impact.

However Vince will not return his calls because Lesnar left so quickly. However Austin left without any notice and was welcomed back by the WWE. Now if Lesnar came back...

- What show would you put him on?

- Would you punish him some how?

- Would you make him climb the ladder once again?

Seriously though I would like to See Lesner back. I would like to see Batista vs Brock. Even though it probably wouldn't be good.

I would take him back. He was a great talent in the ring and on the mic he was improving. Don't know about you guys but I wiuld love it if during the Rmble his music hit and he returned.

I would let him back. To answer your questions, I would put him on SmackDown! only because they need big names. They could have him return on RAW, though, and jump to SmackDown! through a technicality that when he left he was with SmackDown!. No, I wouldn't punish him, and no, I wouldn't make him climb back to the main event. Why? Because he's already very established.

If he weren't as big as he was when he left, I would say yes, he'd have to start in the midcard. But he left at the top of the mountain, so there's no way that they can have him return without being in the main event, AT LEAST for a while. They could knock him down a few rungs after the redebut feud, but in my opinion, he'd have to come back as a big surprise type thing, and feud with someone for a while.

I'd love to see Batista vs. Lesnar as well, no matter how shitty it is. It couldn't be more shitty than Brock/Goldberg, so I have my hopes. After Triple H and Batista split, Trips can bring in Brock as the third member of Evolution, and he can feud with Batista.

Difference between Austin's leaving and Lesnar's was that Austin acted a hell of a lot better backstage than Lesnar. Lesnar had an attitude like he was better than everyone else, while Austin was immensly successful he was still open to helping others and was down to earth. Austin fully appreciates this business and left because his health was shit, not because he had to put over the Undertaker.

Austin left because of creative differences. Lesnar left because he hated the business.

and for the record Austin was supposed to put over Lesnar (but not cleanly)

yeah on RAW. Austin would have put him over with some build up to a match. Austin/Lesnar would have drawed if they built it up. Austin made it clear he would have put Lesnar over but the creative team would have shot themselves in the foot.

I'd let him back, but pay him a bit less than what a normal guy would get. He's getting desperate (I think) so you could probably get away with it.

I'd probably put him on SmackDown! for a while. At WrestleMania have a stipulation that the winner of any interpromotional matches can choose which brand they want to be on after WrestleMania. Have Shawn Michaels go over Kurt Angle, and move to SmackDown!. Randy Orton does the same after defeating Undertaker.

You now have Randy Orton and Shawn Michaels as new names on SmackDown!, as well as Lesnar, and they give him two fresh feuds to keep him pumping for a while.

Besides, he doesn't need that much money anyway. If he had enough money to throw it away on his own freakin jet, then I'd say it's safe to say that he can be earning a couple hundred thousand less.

I can see it now, we're in the middle of the (most probable) HHH vs Batista match at WM21. These two have a classic for a good twenty minutes. The ref gets knocked down somehow, and Batista grabs a chair, whilst Hunter gets the sledgehammer. They go to hit eachother with the weapons at the same time, Batista nails a chair shot whilst HHH hits the sledgehammer. Both men are down. Then all of a sudden, we hear Brock's music start to bellow throughout the arena. The fans go nuts. He sprints down to the ring whilst both men are down and stands there looking back and forth at each man. Batista and HHH start to get up and Brock's still looking at both men undecided on what to do. Then when Batista gets to his feet, he gets him on his shoulders and slams an F5. Hunter gets an arm over, 1-2-3. Which will then of course lead to a Lesnar/Batista feud.

So basically, yeah I'd let him back in and give him an immediate push. The WWE need it financially.

Yeah, it would spice up Raw quite a bit. I would envision something like Lesnar coming back just before or during another roster draft, but he isn't actually part of the draft. He goes back to Smackdown! since that was the show that he was last on. However, Bischoff really wants him bad and thinks he could make a huge impact on Raw so he trades a great talent like HBK or Christian or others for Lesnar. This would both raise Lesnar's value and give him some fresh matches on Raw.

Dont get caught up in that "Vince wont return his calls BS". I mean that might be true, but when push comes to shove, Vicne will be calling up Patterson in case Brock wants some "special favours' in order to return.

Anyway, yes I would take him back, and since they had Big Show doing the F-5, he should return to SD, at least for that match. I would have Lesnar beat Show at Mania (F-5 him) to re-establish him as a top guy.

After Mania, I would have Brock get switched over to RAW as part of the lottery, and then build up Lesnar by having him kill mid card guys for a few months, and then start to set something up between him and a face World Champion Batista. I think that could have the potential to be a really great Mania spectacle.

Yes he draws he is a decent Wrestler...If Hogan,Austin,Foley etc. etc. can leave a continuesly come back then Brock deserves a second chance. I dont think he can come back as a Face. He would have to come back as a heel and make a face turn after a couple months...if they take that path. A Brock vs. Batista match would be nice,Brock vs. Kane, also Brock vs. Heindenrich....I think Brock might be able to get a match out of him. Brock vs. the dead man. There is potential matches. So i say bring him back....at Wrestlemania 21 Preferably.

Lesnar coming back will be great if it happens.

I think Vince is a goo enough businessman to see that it would be a good move for him aswell as Lesnar himself.

As for punishing him? What For? He left to pursue a dream ahem Rock ahem. Sure he is supposed to have badmouthed the business or whatever but so fuck. He is a massive star and would continue to grow in popularity.

If Vince was to have him back and didn't want to put him straight back in the main event it may make sense to have people high profile guys like Eddie/Show/JBL feud with him but not for the title.

It would still make him look as if he was up there with the big-guns but wasn't pushing for a title reign.

I'd let him back, but I'd go the McMahon route and sort of base his angle on real life by making him start out on Velocity again (good way to jumpstart ratings for that show) and then have him work his way back up. Theodore Long could say something like "We don't tolerate quitters around here, playa. As far as I'm concerned, you're a rookie again. I'll see you on Velocity next week. Holla, holla, holla."

After 2 months of card climbing, I'd let him back into the main event. During all that time climbing the ladder he should roll through everyone they same way as last time, but this time he should try and weasel his way back into title shots, only to get turned down by Long every time.

If I were in McMahon's position, I wouldn't want him back either, but I can see that Smackdown is hurting for star power, seeing as HHH keeps suggesting that Smackdown's talent comes over to feud with him.
