So I'm watching TNT earlier, and after the show I'm watching ends, I prepare to change the channel when a McDonald's commercial comes on and shows a luchador walking into a McDonald's (which, coincidentally is filled with a group of hispanics). So I decide to watch.

He sits down to eat, and he can't eat the burger through the maskhole, so now everyone is staring at him waiting for him to remove his mask. He reaches under and removes his mask, revealing his face - and all of the patrons are now stunned in disbelief. After finishing his burger, he does one of those movie deals, and reaches under and pulls off "his face" revealing the same lucha mask from before, and everyone goes "Ooohhh" - now being disappointed.

The little phrase / line at the end of the commercial was in spanish, though the commercial was on a regular station [TNT]. After further research, it is supposedly the original Shocker of CMLL whose real face was used in the commercial.

Has anyone else seen this commercial?

I've seen it once before, but I have no idea who the hombre is or is supposed to be.

I have seen that commercial. The reason for all the hispanics is because the commercial was first shown on spanish networks, and living here in Florida, I have seen the ad enough. It also kinda irks me since it has so many stereotypical things to it, but whatever.

I was wondering about the Luchador and the person the actual face belongs to, but thanks for clarifying that.

I saw the commercial and the wrestler looked familiar for some reason with and without the mask....but I never knew who it actually was.
