I was watching the Monday Night Wars and I noticed one part of the video regarding Eddie. He mentioned how Eric Bischoff threw coffee on him when he asked Bish for his release.

I would assume it did happen seeing how he said it in the DVD and all. Pretty sure he wouldn't lie about it...

Yeah, I believe that that did in fact happen.

This was around the time Bischoff was going around pissing everyone off (but then again, I believe that that was all the time). Anyhow, they had turned it into the TV angle where Eddie "quit" WCW, and I believe started the LwO shortly thereafter.
