I thought it was a phenominal back and fourth match and the Cena-Angle match at No Way Out should be pretty good...

The japanese crowd definitely appreciated the display put fourth by Angle and Mysterio and all the near falls really made it a classic... One of the better matches of the new year thus far...

Thoughts on the match...?

Dude, Smackdown hasn't hit the UK, and im assuming Austrailia, yet. There needs to be a spoiler warning in there if your gonna say 'I'm looking forward to Cena/Angle at No Way Out :nono:

It was great. Counter after counter and yes, the crowd loved every bit of it and that helped it very much. Best match of the year so far, even if it's only February.

Yeah it was really a great match. That was a sweet anklelock Angle did on Mysterio.

Probably one of the best ever SD matches.

Yeah it was a great match.

***MORE SPOILERS*****

Luther Reigns cut a great promo in the back against The Undertaker. Just from that one speech he has become, in my mind, a bigger threat and better opponent than Heidenreich ever was.

Also... JBL was absolutley hilarious. I was waiting for him to start wrestling with the dinosaur (Kinda like Bela Lugosi and the octopus in one of Ed Wood's movies). Then when that didn't happen I wanted to see Big Show chokeslam someone onto the dinosaur. Of course that didn't happen either. The whole thing was hilarious though.

It finally occurred to me that it was a setup about a minute before Show came out. But I totally enjoyed that. JBL was absolutely hysterical, acting all wasted, and that was just a really awesome sequence.

If they'd gone through with JBL really being drunk though, they could have use it as an excuse for Amy disappearing. She could have "felt bad and quit" or JBL could have "fired her."

Ah well.

The japanese crowd made this weeks shows a lot better, i'd say. They have such a great respect for wrestling and they appreciate every move. I enjoyed the jericho/benoit and angle/mysterio matches a lot :)

He talked about details from the match. So he's being very conservative with the label. ;)

Because some Brits do get that uppity. :p

Sorry didn't realise he had edited the title, I was questioning why LOD was bitching, but now I understand

A good match, I loved all the close falls, at times I put the tape in slow-mo so I could see if their shoulders were down, they JUST got their shoulder up in time, can't get much closer.

Akio and Paul London had a great match on Velocity. There was this one sick spot where Akio threw London over the top ropes and his knee/head came crashing down on the corners of the steel steps. I was just like "OH crap. That's it. He's injured."

I watched Velocity too. I liked the match between Spike Dudley and Charley Hass. We all knew Hass would win. He had Spike beaten from the start. Spike was getting thrown around like a little baby. My favorite part was when Spike said it was it for him and he started walking up the stage only to be stopped by Hass and Hass lifted him over his shoulders and carried him into the ring. That was good.
