I havnt seen this on here yet so I dont know if it was posted under something else...if so then sorry...

Just went to tnawrestling.com and they show that Billy Gunn will be fighting Nash at the next ppv in a no dq match.

Well some people wondered what name he would go by in TNA since his other names were WWE property. Well it turns out that instead of calling him something like No Introduction Needed...which sadly some thought was gonna be his name...they have decided to call him The New Age Outlaw.....Must of took alot of thinking for them to give him that name.

also this was new to me because I missed Impact yesterday

WWE and Vince would really suck if they would put up lawsuit. It's not like Billy Gunn (or should I say New Age Outlaw?) brings any money to TNA

I wish people in TNA would actually have fueds instead of Rhodes just organizing who's gonna fight who.

yea impact is 12 tonight.....

and I totally agree, I can see that right now its sort of hard to set up certain story lines with only an hour a week that is viewed by everyone, since some people like me dont get xplosion. But I think and I hope that if the rumoured them getting a 2 hour time slot thing works that they use that to do storylines.

The wrestling is getting the viewers. Its the storylines that keeps them there.

Just look at WWE. They have some great wrestling, but at the end of the day its the storylines that keep them alive. (Or nowadays, driving them away)

Im betting on no suit. New Age Outlaws doesn't equal New Age Outlaw

Sean Waltman was allowed to use Syxx-Pac ( a slight variation from his other names), so I don't think there will be a problem with Gunn doing the same.

Well, He was Syxx-Pac in WCW and I bet the copyright went out on that before Vince bought WCW.

I wish they'd gone with my BG James, BG Gunn idea. Reunite them and call them The Outlaws, of the Old School Outlaws or something.

Yeah, BG Gunn would have been the way to go.

No, and Spider-Man doesn't equal Spider Man, but you can get sued for using something similar to a product identity.

Lawsuits breed attention. I doubt Vince wants to give these guys attention.

That didn't stop him from threatening to sue over that Orlando TNA "Invasion" of a WWE taping session.

Fuck TNA. Seriously, fuck them. If they can't improve these things in the next few weeks, I say fuck them...

Stop booking the main events of all your PPV's to be a bombardment of run-ins. We know you do it very well, but it seems like EVERY TNA PPV so far has had a run-in. Enough.

Impact, for the past couple months, has been BORING. Shitty matches and boring promos do not a good wrestling show make. Of course, when you have production values that make any run-of-the-mill indy fed look like the WWE, that's hard to do.

Yeah, I know you're saving your big guns for the PPV's, but Jesus Christ, give me something to excite me about going into the PPV. Don't just stick two random guys against The Naturals or AMW and call it a main event fued. It doesn't work.

I find myself waiting for Impact to go off every week now. I consider it a chore to watch it, and I usually don't have fun anymore. Until TNA can give me a real reason to watch, and duplicate the first couple of episodes of Impact(which were awesome), then........

FUCK TNA

I discern that you desire a sexual relationship with TNA.

Threatening being the operating word.

Like I said...they need to have some real feuds..and GET RID OF THAT TUBBY LARD DUSTY RHODES! Not just, "im feeling DDP vs. Jarret"..and have the rest of the matches on impact! useless and irrelevant to the PPV.

I can deal with DDP vs. Jarrett, anything is better than Nash in the title picture.

I agree. Some assigned matches are fine, but without many feuds, it's hard to support story arcs.

The action's great (At least, when the under 40 crowd wrestles), but character is equally as important to wrestling.

Since he was "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn wouldn't BA Gunn be better?

BG James and BA Gunn?

Well, since they used "BA" Billy Gunn a few times in the WWF, that would be a bad idea, since it would RELALY open them to lawsuits. And that would be one the WWE would have a DAMN good chance of winning.

BG, OTOH, just ties him in with James.

From Wrestlezone...

Sean Waltman was backstage at this Tuesday's Impact tapings, but he was not used for the show. Waltman got an injury to a nerve near his hip joint during a match in Mexico recently. It was so bad that he literally had to be carried up two flights of stairs by Billy Gunn after the match. He was in a wheelchair for a while, and couldn't walk on his own at all. He still made it to TNA Against All Odds, and despite the tremendous pain he managed to perform.

-- Apparently WWE let the 'New Age Outlaw' trademark expire, so Gunn is in the clear to wrestle under that name in TNA.

-- Waltman and Gunn were both said to be excited about wrestling in TNA, and want to be there. Gunn is also said to be excited about the chance to make something of his career after several derailments in WWE. One source describes him as "Hungry to succeed". We should expect to be seeing the best of Billy Gunn in the near future.

-------

So I guess the trademark has expired, and they can use it freely. Whatever. Like people have been saying, TNA needs to improve by leaps and bounds.
