I saw Big Fish last night and I must say that it is the best movie I think I have seen in years. It is definitely not the usual Tim Burton style, but it was still quite amazing and well put together. Pearl Jam definitely topped it off in the credits with "Man Of The Hour"
Anyone else seen it? Thoughts?

I'm going to see it this weekend. I've been waiting for this movie for MONTHS. Ewan McGregor, Jessica Lange, and Albert Finney are incredible, and I'm anxious to see Allison Lohman play her own age.

K I will watch it.
One question to gauge your reaction for sure: Are you a huge Lord of the Rings fan?

I wouldn't say "huge," because I didn't cream myself over Return of the King, but I did enjoy them a lot.
It looked like it could be really good judging by the comercials. I'l probably rent it when it comes out.

I agree with TIOE. There were too many ltitle things that bothered me. The way they booked it as 'The Next Wizard of Oz' annoyed me for some reason also...
It was a good movie, but it didn't meet my expectations.

Good movie. Definitely worth watching. Visuals were excellent, and all the actors did a good job, including minor players like Karl the Giant.
Thought the end was a bit deux ex machina, but that's a minor complaint. It was still a touching moment.
