I guess they're a new tag team in the WWE, and they worked with The Hurricane and Rosey on the February 20th Heat. Are they any good?

From what I've heard, they are pretty good. Heard they were doing the Billy/Chuck thing, which I don't care for much anymore, but a tag team that has chemistry in the WWE is like finding a needle in a haystack right now. So, I wish them well.
and I hope they are going to call them "The Heartbreakers," when they are working Raw. I hate when they don't name teams and just call teams by the two guys names.

I agree........ all the teams should have a name.
Even the tag team champions right now don't have a name, and that's just weak.

I think the WWE was just checking them out to see if they'd make good developement talents.
I personally think they should just bring them in. A good tag team is hard to ind these days, so I think the WWE should take what they can get.

I hope they have a tag team finisher. Havn't seen one of those for a long time.

The only problem I have with a tag team like this is that people are ignorant. These guys are playing the role of stereotypical homosexuals, or so it seems, but not every gay guy is like that.

As opposed to La Resistance, who were atypical french folks.
Or JBL, who is horribly atypical.
Billy and Chuck?
You notice that wrestling revolves around stereotypes?

I was fortunate enough to attend the Raw/Heat where The Heartbreakers wrestled Hurricane and Rosey, and those guys were FANTASTIC. Not only were they decent in the ring, but their antics are hilarious. Me and my boys were talking about how much we hoped to see them on Raw soon. I know the "gay" thing may sound overdone, but they have their own special little spin on it, and they were getting GREAT Heat. Some of the best all night. Not just boos, though, a lot of laughter. I don't know if they have a tag finisher, seeing as to how they lost, but this team already rules in my book.

Yeah, that Heat was the very first edition we got in Australia, and The Heartbreakers were the stars of the night in my mind.
I really hope the WWE sign them. And by the way, I've never seen ANY homosexual act like that. Way over the top, which is why it was so effective.
For some reason I think of them as The Rockers doing a Billy & Chuvk act. Don't ask why. :-\

so what kind of gay things do they do?

They were really energetic, and did some Rico-esque stuff. One (I think it was Romeo) had Hurricane in a waistlock and...well you can image.
I think it would be great if they worked blind tags by squeezing the crutch/ass of their partner.
BTW, these guys got their own entrance. So that's a good indicator. :y:

I saw these guys a few weeks ago at an OVW show where they wrestled Matt Capotelli and Johnny Jeter. They were freakin hilarious and the match was pretty dang good too.

Imagine The Heartbreakers vs. Rico and Shannon Moore in a tag match....
(too bad Rico is gone though)

I wonder if Simon Dean will be added to The Heartkbreakers? I can just image their routines to the ring, and they could do a pose where Simon Dean bends over, Romeo gets behind him, while Passion (or whatever was written on his trunks) stands in front of him. It would make quite an explicit looking letter "H".

Telling you, the perfect "gay" couple just broke up.
Or maybe Thursday night was a lovers' spat for Jindrak and Reigns.

Does anyway actually think they'll get to keep the name though? With how anal WWE is about protecting the identity of their top stars, I could see Vince going "Wow, way to similar to the Heart Break Kid, new name! Actually better yet, just introduce them by their individual names."

Hopefully the are past that phase. "The Heartbreak Kid" and "The Heartbreakers" are differen enough, IMO. And for new fans, who don't really know about either side's past, it might actually help The Heartbreakers, since new fans MAY seem to get the idea that Shawn Michaels was once their partner, and since he's a top guy, in a few people's minds The Heartbreakers may be on that level.
I don't know if that sounded like I meant it to, but I think the WWE are stupid if they force a name change.
