6 Man ladder match
Did WWE drop the ball on this one?
I mean lets look at the competitors....
Jericho
Benjamin
Christian
Edge
Beniot
.
.
.
And Kane?
What the hell are they thinking? Why put Kane in this match? Sure there is a contract with a title shot on the line but really why put him in this match? This could of been one memorable match but sadly we are always gonna wonder what would of happened if they could of put someone else really good in the match besides Kane.
I actually thought that this would of been the debut of Kazarian. That was the thing that came ot my mind and I was marking out like crazy. I was ready for him to face Christian and then suddenly its Kane. I was pretty damn sad after that.

who cares? Kane is a good worker. Did you not like the TLC match they had on Raw in 2002 because Kane was in it?
and no the WWE didn't drop the ball on this one

I think this match has huge potential. It gives these six guys something meaningful to do and puts importance and focus on the belt. Plus the one year contract thing can make this a long and drawn out storyline.
What I would do, though as a Peep I am biased, would have Christian win.
It should go down like this:
Christian starts to play mind games with Edge. He wants to use Edge's obsession and paranoia to his advantage. He plants it into Edge's head that they other four have continually screwed him over, and basically gets Edge all angry at them. He can also manipulate the other four into making it actually look like they are against Edge. He also goes to Bentoit, Jericho, and Shelton saying that they have to team up against Kane. Bentoit, and Jericho reject him. Shelton makes the rookie mistake and agrees.
At Wrestlemania you have him and Shelton taking out Kane. Edge goes crazy on Bentoit. Jericho by the match would also have some sort of tension with Bentoit and would sit back and watch. At the end you have Christian, Edge, and Bentoit standing. Now, out of everyone Christian has been making enemies of in Edge's mind, Bentoit is the worst. So Edge, much like the beginning of the match, goes crazy on Bentoit. They both get knocked over the top.
Christian takes the opportunity to climb the ladder. Jericho and Shelton are knocked down in the ring and are only beginning to stir. Kane took a bump to the outside and now sits up. Edge and Bentoit notice what is going on,stop fighting and attempt to reach the ring, only to be stopped by Tyson Tomko. Kane is the only one who makes it back into the ring (except the two who are knocked out in the ring), but is too late. Christian is the winner.
Batista wins the World Title.
Have Christian come out on Raw, saying he's not afraid of Batista or anything, but he won't use his contract right away. From then on, Batista is constantly taunting him, but Christian keeps saying he just doesn't want to use it right now because he has to build up the suspense and drama of his big win for all his Peeps. However, him and Tomko can constantly be seen trying to make Batista lose the belt. To no avail.
Christian and Tomko go around to guys like Hurricane and Maven going "Hey, how would you like it if we helped you win the World title?". Of course it never works.
Meanwhile, of course, Christian is still wrestling, feuding with the people in the ladder match, who aren't too happy with him. He wins alot. Often with help,or by cheating, but there are some instances of clean pins.
So basically everyone hates him. The guys in the ladder match. Batista. HHH for Christian failing to help him.
Finally, the night when Batista loses the title to someone (HHH) coincidentally happens to be the night where Christian is "injured" by his current feud.
So he can't use his challenge because he's got a broken arm or something. Only... it becomes apparently obvious that he is milking the injury for all it's worth after awhile. Now that he thinks about it, he would rather face someone other than HHH. So now him and Tomko are trying to get HHH to lose the belt (unless of course Batista is the challenger, because he wants to face him even less).
Finally it's getting near Mania and he still hasn't used his contract for the same reasons. He just never wanted to face who the current champ was. Despite the fact that he has been doing good and winning a lot of matches. He still insists he's building suspense so when it finally happens the ratings will be unbelievable.
Finally he uses his match at Wrestlemania... only since the whole Raw roster hates him, it is made into a Lumberjack match. Yeah. A Wrestlemania Main Event Lumberjack match. It could work.
Christian loses.
He gets traded to Smackdown after Mania 22. Tomko (and possibly other associates he has recruited by then) is left on Raw so now he is on his own. The Smackdown locker room distrusts him, because they know how he manipulated everybody on Raw and used everybody and how generally he's a bastard. So now he's all by himself and stuff.
Yeah.
There's one storyline that will NEVER get used. :|
Ummm...yeah... this thread is still about the Mania 21 Ladder Match. I guess.

Dammit. Cause my topic took an insanely long amount of time to type, this was up first. Maybe a mod can merge.

They won't let Christian win because he's no where near Main Event status, and because he has great talent...so therefore Triple H will stop him.
Look for Jericho (which would be just as great as having Christian win) to come out on top or Edge.

I think they were gonna have Matt be the sixth guy, but with the recent scandal, he might cripple Mr. Copeland.

LOL
I can see Matt hanging from the briefcase, and Edge on the top rope getting ready for the super spear spot. Edge goes for it, Matt pulls his legs up, leaving Edge to crash and burn. Matt then drops and land square on Edge's spine, crippling him.
Backstage, Vince is like "Awww, crip he's a crapple!"

Should've been a 4 way between Jericho, Benoit, Edge and Christian.
There is tension and history between these four and you could build it up as more than just a title shot. I really like Benjamin and this could be a great opportunity to make him a star but I don't really think he belongs in this match.
It'll still be a good match. At first I thought it would be a clusterfuck but they've pulled off 3 team ladder matches so a 6 man should still work well.
I think Edge should win and then get drafted to Smackdown to further his "I'm a victim" shtick. I'd love to see Christian win and get a small main event push going into Backlash like Cena get against Lesnar 2 years ago.
