My keyboard is set out like a normal English one, but when I enter stuff it treats it as an American keyboard, how do I change the settings.

CONTROL PANEL!
KEYBOARD!
Or, move to America.
It doesn't give me the choice to switch the keyboard settings.

See what your regional and language settings are. I remember ages ago I had the same problem with my keyboard, and it was the regional setting that was fucking it up.
Thanks for that, now, tell me how I find this out
OOOOOOOOOH, done it, I love you, this has been bugging me since October and I only just thought of making a topic about it.

How do you make your keyboard the power button to your machine? So it starts up just by pressing a key?
I looked in power management in the Bois and it said it would only work if i have a windows 98 keyboard with a power button key?

Switch it on and just mash your keybaord, usually reposonds to the space bar.
If not, i'll liek you to a new keybaord that does it, only £6.
