For some reason, I have this feeling that Triple H will come out with the victory in WM 21. Why? It seems that Batista has been getting the upper-hand on Triple H everytime since he began to turn face. I seriously hope Batista does come out on top though, but knowing Triple H and his power...I wouldn't be surprised if he retained the belt.

They'll have him drop it, unless they want Jarrett's "drop the title" chant to go to HHH

well Trips did win at 16, lost at 17, won 18 and 19 and lost at 20, so mabe 21 and 22 he will be winnin

the thing is i want HHH to loose but i really really really dont want batista to have it either (they pushing him so much makes him look invincible even though hes just a boring powerhouse)

i think whoever wins the ladder match should challenge at WM21 and take the title any of those guys (cept benoit and benjamin) would make better than trips or his batboy

Although it's likely that Batista will win at WrestleMania, it wouldn't be the first time that a heel won the main event at WM, so I wouldn't put it past them.

However, when they did at WrestleMania 2000, everyone left with a horrible taste in their mouths. WrestleMania is where the good guys always win - where the good brother wins the World Title while the bad little brother gets nothing - where Hogan saves the day when the evil foreign guy retains the World Title - where the blue collar worker finally beats his boss in the game of wits.

Batista losing at WrestleMania would be a catastrophe.

I think Big Dave is going to Job. Last year HHH did the biggest Job of his life to BEnoit, can't see his ego taking another blow this soon

i agree the good guy should win but he is on a free ride - he didnt earn the shot he was handed the royal rumble on a silver spoon which is completely pathetic considering its previous winners - ric flair, bret hart, trips, rock, stone cold, hacksaw, to name a few.

i mean sure brock lesnar won in 2003 which was kinda lame but at least he had a decent story line with alot of wrestlers his fued with Kurt is one of my favourites of all time. then they gave it to Benoit and even though i hate chris benoit he has put his life into this business and he deserved it. but now we have batista WWE's 2005 Royal Rumble Winner who according to JR outlasted 30 men to become this years winner what a fucking joke.

sure batista vs HHH at WM is a Good Match but its like hey orton failed so we will try batista and see how that goes. if batista has the title after WM he will be too invincible and hence become another Goldberg. and i personally feel that goldberg lead to the death of WCW

Hey maybe we will see those tasers again and that would make sense as it would help batista practice his 'machine gun idiot' taunt he does on the stage

Are you on glue?

Goldberg after the NwO was probably the only decent things that WCW did, it's the only home grown talent that they pushed correctly and he was over as hell, until they decided to try and turn him face. If they treat Bid Dave like Batista even though it would be boring for us Net fans who enjoy the wrestling itself, the casual fan would get into it and enjoy watching him being dominate and destroying all his opposition.

The Raw writing staff deserve to be fired if they have Batista lose.

I still think Batista'll win though, unless he gets the upperhand the next two weeks. HHH needs to get the upper hand at least once to make it seem like the Mania match isn't going to be a squash.

HHH will retain. Mainly because Batista is pretty unproven. Although winning the Rumble made him look pretty good.

One of the Champ's will retain, the other will lose. Thats been the pattern at WM's since the split. I think Cena will take the title from JBL and HHH will retain. As many have said, they have REALLY built Batista over the last few weeks, into a unstoppable monster devouring all in his path. However, the Rumble winner has won the title at WM for the last 5 years. It's all too close to call.....

I'm looking forward to it now, it really is up in the air. How long's it been since we had an unpredictable WM main event?

LOL, I was joking with my comment, but I see some of you are serious. If there is anything GUARANTEED at Wrestlemania, it's BATISTA WINNING. I'll dam near take that to my grave with me. As stupid as those bookers can be sometimes, I don't see any possible way they can have Batista lose and expect business to improve.

Wow. It's almost as though wrestling is scripted, and the winner is "handed" the Royal Rumble based upon popularity, how over they are, and what the bookers are planning...

Solid plan. But don't kill LC. He still has his uses. Bury Triple H out there.

whichever one is the last fight of the night, the challenger will win, the other will fall. I think JBL will retain and Batista will win

I'm wondering about all of this myself. HHH did one of the biggest jobs last year in the WrestleMania main event. So I really don't know if he will job the main event two years in a row. Hmmmmmmm, where do we go, Batista has to win, HHH can't lose. This is one of the more unpredictable WrestleMania's, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Whoever has the notion in their mind that Batista isn't going to win is pretty much stupid.

I guess I don't really care who wins between these two. Although seeing Triple H retain would suck, I don't really give a shit about a Batista World Title victory either - not the way I cared last year when Benoit won, or how badly I wanted Booker T to win the year before that.

If Triple H wins, so what? If Batista wins, so what? Either way this is going to be one of the best WrestleManias ever.

Nothing at WM 21 can top last year when Benoit won the title. Batista should win, but side by side, year by year, it'll pale in comparison.

oh well, on topic i think batista will win.

Batista will likely win. I hope they don't have Triple H get the advantage of Dave anytime soon. They've done a decent job of painting Batista as the new, more improved version of Triple H. His promos have mentioned how he's faster, stronger and smarter, etc. Batista should win, and I can only hope, but it would be nice if it was a one-sided match.
