Randy Orton’s shoulder injury has forced him off the post-WrestleMania line-ups, and WWE are more concerned that he is in good enough condition to wrestle Undertaker at WrestleMania. Credit: Observer Newsletter
Hmmm this shoulder injury is news to me, but I guess now he should learn how to not pose every five seconds.

- At this point, Randy Orton is not expected to be moved to Smackdown. He will be taking time off after Wrestlemania to get surgery for a bad shoulder. He'll be out for at least several months and has been pulled from all house shows following WrestleMania. We'll have more on this shortly. credit: Observer Newsletter

Perfect opportunity. Have Taker "kill" Orton at WM, explaining why he's gone. Then he can come back to "life" on Raw as the Undertaker of the new generation and battle Kane for 6 PPVs in a row.

Looking in their eyes,

Orton and Taker match is going to blow now with this. At least it will be a short match, fitting a new match on the card.
Perfect. He can stay gone until around Summerslam time, get some good heel heat upon his return, then try and kill the Undertaker again at WrestleMania 22.

And get squashed by an aging guy unwilling to put over talent.

Sadly I have to agree. At wrestlemania 40 he'll extent his streak again. He'll hobble his way down to the ring in a walker, roll his eyes back, hand somebody his walker, and sit down in the corner as his opponent sells the shit out of wrestling nothing. Tazz and Michael Cole will shit their pants.
Cole: "I don't believe it! The Undertaker's developed psycho-kinetic powers!"
Half the people on TPWW: "I am SO marking the fuck out right now!!!"

Wouldn't it be Wrestlemania L? or was it C? I don't know roman numerals that well, and I don't think the WWE expects us to know them either. They'll probably call it Wrestlemania xxXxxtreeeeeemmeeeee!!!?! and they'll open the show with monster trucks with hover converters floating over the cars in the parking lot. Then they'll have a match between Taker and Billy Orton for the United States of Texas championship belt where Billy will deliver the BRO (Billy Randall Orton) onto the walker for the finish but will somehow flop over onto his back and get counted for the three. The main event will feature a fresh Pierre John "Triple G" McMahon-Levesque fighting Hulk Hogan for the Intergalactic Championship Belt. The crowd will freak when the two join forces to create the New-new-new-new World Order and go to the back to beat up the rest of the talent. Highlights of the night: The first ever "Clone Wars Match" as Rick Flair's clone fights Ted William's clone. Flair will totally dominate until the robotic body of Walt Disney with his unthawed head comes out to interfere in the match.....like we didn't see that coming!
Crowd: "OOOOHHHH!!"
Me: "I'm too old for this shit!"

Wrestlemania 50 would be Wrestlemania L, and the main event is already slated to be a Japanese Death Match between Dewy Foley and the Re-Animated Corpse of Terry Funk, but if Undertaker wants to get involved we could make it a triple threat.

While technically they're right, it would be WML, most wrestling fans aren't bright enough to get that. Hence the X7 format (XVII was too complex), for example.

Notes: Taker's eyes roll back because he's having a heart attack.
The TPWW morons mark out, come onto TPWW, make the match 4.5 stars, and say it was right of Taker to squash yet another talent. They will especially enjoy the 5 minute nap, but will fervently defend it as the best acting since Flair's stroke at WM27.
Tazz will mutter something about how he can't believe this shit, but he'll call the match like JR describing his last six lunches: In fervent, excited details.

You can bet on this happening. Orton and Taker in a grueling match where their is a shoulder spot where Orton begins favoring his arm and is down to one arm.Taker goes for the tombstone, Orton slips out and delivers a one arm RKO for the win.
Book it
Kane Knight
03-25-2005, 05:18 PM
How often does he use two hands for the RKO anyway?
About as often as Scott Hall's in rehab.
