Probably my most hated wrestler right now. Can't stand his matches at all. His moves look so "set up" it's not even funny. Guys stand there for like 30 seconds, so he can prepare for a flipping twisting 360 moonsault or some shit. errrrrrr.

People bitch about RVD being a spot machine?

This guy has a lot of ability, no psychology and no real character.

2.5
He only has 1/4 of the business down. He is lacking everything else. So, 25% of 10 is 2.5!

Here is a more in-depth look at my low rating. I hardly give anything below a 5 (exlcuding Bobcore and El Gigante, who got .5 and 0 respectively) and I think that a 2.5 deserves to be explained. IMO, there are 4 integral parts of pro wrestling:

I. Wrestling Ability
II. Ring Psychology
III. Charisma
IV. Mic/Promo Skills

While, by this scale you would think I would give Benoit a mere 5 (for only half of the 4) but when you are GREAT at some of these, it makes up for the lack of the others.

Amazing Red has above-average spot-fest talent. However, this doesn't make him a GREAT wrestler (all around anyway). So these are my individual ratings for Amazing Red:

I. 5.0 (Meh)
II. 0.0 (Seriously, he breaks his neck when missing a 450 corkscrew shooting star press THEN BOOM he is back baby!)
III. 2.0 (Once again, meh)
IV. I can't really judge him here because I haven't seen a lot of his mic work, but from what I have seen it isn't anything to mark-out over. So, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a 4.0

Therefore, if you average it you get 2.75, but I round down for ratings so he gets a fat 2.5!

Note: If you do give somebody a incredibly low rating, explain it so you don't come off like a jackass. I however come off as an asshole with this, but I am JamesSteele of TPWW... that's what I do! :y:

Well I for one think that spot monkeys(Hate that fucking smark label) have their place in wrestling and can be really fun to watch. Red was great at what he did. I remember my jaw dropping after first watching him... however that was back in 2001/2002. Then... he got injured... and now he's just boring. On top of that he hasn't really made any changes to his style or character.

Red pre injury - 7/10
Red now - 5/10
