No, that sounds about right.

Let's see. Jeff Jarrett, Ken Shamrock, AJ Styles and Ron Killings.

Wow.

Wow.
Isn't it fucking sad?

And you know, people complain about HHH, but they also complain about JArrett, JLR. Just because Jarrett's also a cocksucker doesn't make HHH any less of a bitch.

At least it's better than the champion changing every month.
Shame it's not on a better worker though, the belt that is.

Nope I have just looked that up on google and it says that the four mentioned are the only TNA champions.

Thank You I can't believe no one mentioned that before, and also he has been champ since he won the King of the mountain match in June I think. May have been July.

True, but how did Raven lose the belt anyways. I don't remember him getting pinned or anything.

True, but how did Raven lose the belt anyways. I don't remember him getting pinned or anything. He got pinned in Scott D'Amore's federation by Jarrett just in time for their debut on Spike TV. What was funny about it back then was that it seemed like they KNEW that no one wanted Jarrett as champ (and not in the kayfabe way) but it's like the tried to hide it going into their debut on Spike.

Oh yeah, I remember now. That was mad gay though. Like, they could have done the match on the debut show to make the fans think they're actually getting some quality wrestling. But I suppose they prefer to have three spot fests, two squash matches and match recaps instead. Not too mention the inevitable Jarrett promo that we've already heard in the WWF and WCW over and over again.

I really don't get all the shit their getting for it. Just because the champ doesn't drop the belt in less than a year like wwe, that means he's hogging the belt?

WWE is the only company that changes their champion that frequently. Some other companies have a few 4-6 month reigns here and there, but their top guys usually hold the belt for well over a year. Samoa Joe, Kenta Kobashi, Misiwa. All their reigns where fantastic, and reallyy established credibility to the belt and the guy who finally beat them. I don't think Jarett's reign has been bad at all really. He's the top heel of the company. By default he should have the belt more than anyone else.

What you have to consider though, is that the casual fans want to see the belt changing hands. During the attitude era there was alot more title switching and that drew in the fans.

That was a great argument. But it's an argument for last year. It really was a great moment when Jeff Jarrett finally lost the belt after almost a year to AJ Styles. A month later however, Raven won the belt, and was was arguably doing a great job with it. Then he had to job it BACK to Jarrett. So Jarrett has an 11 month reign, then drops the belt for 4 months, then regains it for a month, loses it to Rhino, wins it back IN A WEEK, and holds onto it for another 4 months, loses it to Christian Cage. Then 3 months later wins it back again. Pretty shitty pattern Jarrett has going there.

I WILL admit they are not giving the faces a long enough time with the belt.
