I say screw waiting until the ECW ppv. Bring him back now and here's how you do it.

Eddie and Rey continue their little fued after Eddie costs Rey against JBL and next week Rey will cose Eddie against Angle. When it comes to SmackDown's big show before RAW, have Eddie vs Rey. Match goes 20 minutes and Rey has the advantage towards the end. Both men are down lying in the ring. All of a sudden RVD's music hits and he runs down to the ring. He climbs to the top rope and acts like he is going to hit Eddie. He then in turn flies across the ring and hits the 5 star on Rey. He then throws Eddie on Rey and the ref counts the slow 1.2.3. HAVE THIS MATCH CLOSE THE SHOW.

The next SD Eddie and RVD START THE SHOW and cut a killer promo on Rey, saying he is weak and they are so much stronger. Rey comes out and announces that he wants a match with RVD. Teddy Long comes out and grants him the match. RVD and Rey have another incredible match but it ends with another beatdown.

The next week Rey is absent from the tapings but Eddie and RVD win the tag titles. After they win a video put together is shown about the beatings to Rey and he appears "VIA Satellite". He says he will get his revenge against the 2.

The week before the SD PPV, Rey, Eddie, and RVD, have a heated argument in the ring. The face, for once, gets the upperhand and knocks them both out of the ring. Long comes out again and says at the PPV, it will be Eddie and RVD vs Rey and a partner of his choosing. A backstage promo is shown with Rey saying he will have to go into his past to find a partner he can trust.

The PPV happens and Eddie and RVD come out. Rey comes out and then his mystery partner is revealed to be Psychosis. The match is given 25 minutes with all the spots hit. The match ends with Rey pinning Eddie after a 619, then Huricanranna.

What this gives us:

1) The debut of Psychosis

2) The long awaited RVD heel turn

3) It gives us a fresh feud on the SD side of things, when it comes to the tag team division. Both shows have been seriously lacking when it comes to this.

4) After the PPV you can run with RVD vs Rey and Psychosis vs Eddie.

What are your thoughts?

I think people should stop pretending to be bookers and [re]writing storylines.

With that said, your idea sounds solid and it might work.

:p

He's Injured, so that would not be possible. I don't think he'll be on the ECW PPV anyway. Well not wrestling.

i think thats a great idea. but there's just one tiny problem - RVD ain't gonna be back wrestling until well after the ECW PPV probably and i doubt WWE will wait that long to turn Eddie heel. the best thing about that idea is that RVD will still get a bigger pop than most of the face wrestlers.

It's a solid idea and I'm sure it could be adapted to fit when he is ready to return.

Too bad that fans won't boo Guerrero or RVD.

Even if RVD did turn heel he wouldn't move up the ladder at all. He would probably just be forgotten again. People need to stop hoping for RVD to become a major player in WWE, he will always be stuck in midcard or lower-midcard.

Yea everything that I have heard is that if RVD is even at the ECW ppv he will just be making an appearance.

I think it would be great for him to come back heel but sadly it will take something big for him to get booed. Lets not forget the whole Invasion Angle. The guy was freaking invading the company and was apart of a team that was trying to shut the WWE down......and the WWE fans still cheered for him.

Sadly, this is true. Unless something drastic happens in the booking department, RVD will probably never again wrestle a WWE PPV main event, and will probably never hold a world title.

He and Booker T have been given basically the same type of treatment, in that they are viewed as great, talented wrestlers, but just not good enough to be given the reigns of either show. They might get a title shot every now and then (I believe Booker T got one against JBL earlier this year), but they won't win. It's the sad curse of not being a WWE-created superstar.

RVDshould be stuck in midcard or lower-card and he should not touch the world title.

Yeah I heard that, Infact i heard he might be doing the announcing with Tazz *shudders*

And IF I were to book RVD's return he would come back with Paul Heyman as his manager and go back to 97-98 RVD, basically the exact same character, but just more cocky
