I liked the old school versions of both, not into the new versions of them that much

Too hard to tell for me.

I think the only thing The Undertaker really has on Kane is seniority.

They both got that whole "spiritual being" character going on. With the lighting, fire, all that good shit. I also didn't mind the Bad Ass Taker, and I absolutely love the Crazy Monster Kane thing I've been seeing lately.

I find the Undertaker more entertaining than Kane, and I think that Taker puts on better matches as well :):y:

Undertaker has been my favorite wrestler ever since I started watching wrestling.

both are pretty much equal but I'll take Taker since he's been around longer :y:

I voted taker.

Maybe when Kane's had a full decade and change, he'll have the memorable moments Undertaker did.

Kane, his original costume and pyro was just too cool.

It really depends on the gimmick at the time.

I like the heel biker Undertaker more than the heel Kane, but I like the face Kane (preferrably with X-Pac) better than the heel biker Undertaker.

Overall, probably UT.

I've always liked the Undertaker, though I liked his Deadman gimmick a LOT more than his American badass persona.

Kane has always been my favourite wrestler. Great storyline, and he's never afraid to take risks in a match. Kane's matches and bumps are a great effort. Undertaker is good as well, but I just prefer Kane.

Old School Undertaker was incredibly cool, one of my all-time favorites.

BUT

I've never LOATHED a character as much as I hate the Bikertaker (although Austin is damned close).

SO

My vote goes to Kane, who, through several years of being "pretty cool" passes the Undertaker who went from being "incredibly cool" to "Shitsville."

Dam thats a tough call, Taker has the whole "decade of destruction" thing going for him, plus we had not really seen anything like his gimmick so it was new and original. I remember his match with Hogan at Survivor Series in 1991, the match was not that great in itself but it had Taker's freaky "doesnt flinch at anything" mantle against the "Immortal Force" of Hulkamania (yeah I know it was on the wain, but the average kid at the time still bought into it).
It may not be remembered that well now, but at the time it was huge.

Then on the other hand when Kane came in he no sold EVERYTHING, but in a good way, it gave him a mystique that arguably no one had had since Taker himself. He was basically untouched from October 97 through to Feb 98 when Vader finally got him down with a powerbomb, only for him to pop right back up!

Both original gimmicks were great.

Now though I dont care for either of them, Kane losing his mask was a big disappointment and Biker Taker is well past his prime and he taking up a main event spot of someone like Cena or Eddy.

I would however forgive Taker another main event run if he returns to the darkside, if only for the inevitable huge mark out moment of the first return.............

I voted "Too Close To Call", but on hearing the arguments, I'm going to say Kane by a nose. I just can't shake his debut from my warped mind. Ripping the door off the Hell In The Cell so he can set the ring posts on fire, tombstone his brother and help the WWF title stay within the grasp of Triple H? Sorry, Shawn Michaels, his DX buddy? It doesn't get much better than that.
