For the North Americans amongst us, Neighbours (yes it IS spelled with a 'u') is a cheesy Australian soap opera that is shown in the United Kingdom on BBC1.

Regardless of it's cheese factor, it is still quite popular and I love it to pieces (even though I prefer Home and Away, but that's another story for another thread). Unfortuantely, my having to study in Europe for the last 18 months has made me miss a lot of it. What's Toadie's first 'match' all about????

The storyline came about after the fire at Lasiders (or however you spell it), they decided to try and raise some money to help get the site running again, so they held a wrestling show in the community hall. Toadie was at the show watching it and soon started play wrestling with Conner in the garden. Then somehow he managed to start getting booked at the shows and thus LAWMAN WAS BORN! It's pretty funny because Lyn made his costume and is now teaching him how to do moves and chain wrestle :rofl:

Just looked at the episode archives on the BBC Neighbours website, they still have Drew in some of them :'(

- I think they are ment to be about 16/17
- Boyd didn't drop out of school, he finished it. He was a supposed to be a smartass and was therefore put in acellerated learning, so was a year ahead of everyone else, eventhough they always showed him in the same classes

lol right, today we got more on Toadie's wrestling storyline, not much, but at least it was something. Toadie has now got a manager who is going to whip him into shape. He told Toadie to bulk up so when he delivers his finisher, The Summons, it will completly destroy them. We then see Toadie out joggin whilst eating choclate bars and burgers :D
