I thought I should open this as TNA has given us some MAJOR news on tonight's show-
================================================
TNA superstars began arriving at the arena at 1pm eastern time. Despite a staph infection in his leg, Kevin Nash has arrived at the arena. Nash will be undergoing therapy throughout the day, and a personal physician will be on hand to assist him. TNA will update fans on Nash's condition at the start of the Pay-Per-View.
- If Nash is unable to compete, Director of Authority Dusty Rhodes has a plan in place to name a replacement in the six-man Six Sides of Steel cage match. In addition, a lottery will take place during the Pay-Per-View to determine order of entry in the bout for Jarrett, Outlaw, Waltman, DDP, The Alpha Male and Nash/or his replacement.
- The main event of Lockdown will be the number-one contender's match, AJ Styles vs. Abyss inside the Six Sides of Steel
- The scheduled Apolo vs. Lance Hoyt match has been changed to a tag team bout with Apolo and Sonny Siaki vs. Lance Hoyt and Chris Candido, who moves from the Countdown Preshow to the Pay-Per-View.
- The X Division "Xscape" match will be an elimination bout to start off, with the final two competitors fighting it out to escape the cage first to win
- The Prince of Darkness bout between Dustin Rhodes and Bobby Roode will be 2-out-of-3 falls, with the Prince of Darkness hoods coming into play if a third fall is needed.
- TNA set design coordinator Greg Horn has gone all-out for Lockdown tonight, as the arena will resemble a maximum security prison. Steel cages will line the arena and some parts of the seating area.

You know Godson, I noticed all of your posts deal with TNA news and stuff. Do you work for TNA or something? Are you trying to stir up some TNA interest in here????

It is good that he posts about TNA. No one else will waste their time doing it and I kinda like to read up on them.
So wait, is Nash really injured, or is this a work? I don't remember reading anything about him being injured except when it pertained to the PPV...

I think it's cool that they're making the AJ/Abyss match the main event, because it's likely going to be the best match of the night. I'm really surprised that the Fogey Brigade didn't insist on closing out the show.
...or maybe they wanted to be earlier in the show so that people wouldn't be sick of the cage when they wrestled.
As stupid as the all-cage gimmick is, there is some good stuff on the card. AJ/Abyss and the Xscape match should be good, and Hardy/Raven has potential.

Good to know they're spending all that money for building a set for a shit PPV :y:

No, I didn't mean it in a negative way. I personally like his TNA posts, I'm just saying.

Well since everything is WWE, I thought I would bring something different. Really, it's not like WWE is doing anything different right now. I'm thinking about posting ROH news but most people can't watch ROH. Alot of people complain about WWE but continue to talk about them only.
I guaranteed you one thing, this ppv overall will be better than Backlash and probably better than Judgment Day. Enjoy HHH vs.Batista and Cena vs.JBL while I will be watching Styles vs.AByss in a cage as my main event.

I'm just saying, Backlash is next week and nothing about the show would make me pay $39.99. I'm sure Benoit/Edge will be a nice match. I've seen Jericho vs.Shelton in the past and I don't think the match will get better.
This ppv will be something new and the matches look good. Many surprises on the show and it's only $29.99.
For the SD ppv, nothing about SD ppvs is good.
By the way, I hated TNA last ppv for those who think am super positive about TNA.

Yeah I think he's a street team member. He posts at the TNA iMPACT! Community forums. BTW those forums suck. It's full of a bunch of people who do nothing but complain about TNA (rather to just not watch  )

Everybody wants to bash me instead of looking at the fact that this ppv outside Mania has been the most interesting ppv in the last 8 months.
I'm sure you guys will order Backlash. But let's be honest with all feelings aside, look at Backlash card and other factors vs.Lockdown card + other factors. If you can persuade why Backlash looks more exciting than Lockdown, I would stop coming in these forums.

To be fair, the same can be said about here and the WWE for the most part...

Also, nothing in this PPV makes me want to buy it. After the show is over, I'll log on Limewire or Kazaa and download the matches i'm interested in, same as I do for a WWE PPV I'm only mildly interested in.

It's good to see that Dusty can figure out how to take two shit wrestlers in a shit match, and turn that into FOUR shit wrestlers in a shit match. It don't die, it multiplies :wtf:

Signs that they are going sign Sean O'Haire :shifty:
That, and they are trying to figure on how they'll get the crowd to stay for the whole event.
- The Prince of Darkness bout between Dustin Rhodes and Bobby Roode will be 2-out-of-3 falls, with the Prince of Darkness hoods coming into play if a third fall is needed.
It'll go to three falls. With the blindfolds on, the fans will take the opportunity to try to leave without them noticing.

No, making every match a cage match doens't make it more interesting. Please. Don't even try.
And I didn't say Backlash looked better, you fucking halfwit.

See I was gonna ask what the Prince of Darkness hoods were, but they're just blindfolds. That's really uninteresting :(
