It takes awhile to get used to but it really grew on me.

Been listening to it for the past few days.

I've been told it's good, i've only just been introduced to NiN today, brought the album'further down the spiral', i think it's ok but needs to be abit faster.Hopefully that's what the new album is like, that doesn't come out over here (england)until the 2nd of may i think.

Further Down The Spiral is a bit of an odd place to start.

I downloaded With Teeth a while ago, I still can't decide whether I like it or not.

Odd is exactly the word i would use to describe the album. I kept expecting it to pick up any second, but it never did.

Well considering it's pretty much a remix release, and more of an EP than an album, it's really a terrible place to start with NIN. :p

LoL, i just picked one out of the shelves that said Nine inch nails on it to be honest mate, wish i didn't though! What one should i get then?

Just stick with the three proper albums, Pretty Hate Machine, The Downward Spiral (recently re-released) and The Fragile. There's an EP called Broken that's pretty good as well.

Best place to start? Anywhere that doesn't say "version" or the like after the song releases. While I like many of the "conceptualised" remixes, it's not the place to get into NiN.

If you liked FDS, Check out the Downward Spiral first. Good record.

Also, the difference between the EPs and full lengths isn't that much, when you consider Broken (Great record) is 8 tracks (6 regular, 2 bonus). Broken's definitely quality (Avoid fixed, almost everyone hates it), and "and all that could have been" is a live album which gives you a pretty broad idea of different records. The Fragile is similarly great, but could have been shortened to one disc for all I cared.

Yeah, And All That Could Have Been is pretty good too. Although I still wish I got the version with the Still bonus disc...

Downward Spiral was fucking great.

The new album is actually growing on me. Took a few listens, but I'm enjoying it now :)
