Hogan/Andre Culminates with biggest match in history, Lasts over what 2 years (can you think of any beside Austin/Vince that can have that staying power, not many.) 2 of the biggest names in history.

Austin/Vince would be 2 brought the fans back iin

Austin/ Rock was a great rivalry as well

In ECW the Dreamer vs Raven fued was great too

Austin/McMahon was definitely one of the greatest, if not THE greatest. Angry drunken, curse-hurling redneck vs power hungry boss, oh yeah.

Raven/Dreamer is my personal all time favorite, though.

The Truth commission vs the NAtion of Domination. Racists beating on racists. I had a massive hardon the entire time that was on Raw.

Hart/Michaels

Nothing will ever top that fued in my mind. They had so many 5 star matches and fed off of each other so much. Too bad it all had to end in contreversy...

Also, maybe not the greatest... But Jerry Lawler and Bret Hart had a great fued going on for years. Many great and hilarious moments spawed from it.

My top two picks would be;

1}Owen Hart vs. Bret Hart: It was a good concept and worked really well. It's just sad that Owen never won the WWF Title off this feud. Anytime you have family against family it works pretty well[except seeing the McMahons vs. each other for the millionth time :n: ].

2}McMahon vs. Austin: This is what contributed to WCW's downfall and started the proverbial ball rolling to the WWE's favor. Austin vs. McMahon was entertaining and never failed to deliver wrestling-wise. It just shows ya, "don't cross the Boss" :D. Vinnie Mac realized this feud would be great because Austin would symbolize the average Joe against his/her boss. It brought ratings and popularity back to wrestling that had been lacking for years.

There are other honorable mentions such as Sting/Flair or Bret/Michaels, but, these are the two I watched back in the day and really throughly enjoyed from beginning-to-end.

Any feud involving Bret Hart. Hart was such a brilliant storyteller in the ring, as well as on the mic.

Best ones that come to mind are: Bret/Owen, Hart Foundation/British Bulldogs, Bret/Stone Cold and the mini, almost friendly-feud between Bret and Davey Boy leading up to SummerSlam 1992.

Bret/HBK was good, but, imho you had to know about their backstage heat to appreciate it. The fact that they did have heat out of the ring, and that there were often disagreements between them, only intensified the in-ring rivalry in my view. It could have gone the other way though - they could have stiffed each other every match and completely no-sold each other's moves. Thank god they didn't! I don't like HBK one bit, but I have to admit that his matches with Bret were some of the best I have ever seen.

Extreme Angle

best match was the undertaker vs mankind in the infamous hell in a cell match!

And that match wasn't very good. Entertaining, yes. But it was just an extreme spotfest.

Sting vs. Hollywood Hogan - When Sting didn't speak for over a year, but showed up every week and just beat the shit out of the nWo. I loved that. Of course, then they totally fucked it up by allowing Hogan to do a shifty job to Sting at Starrcade. Couldn't do it clean just once in your fucking career, could you, you prick?

Goldberg vs. The World - I know this is kind of a cop out, but the Goldberg angle was pure genious. The guy looked the part and played the part and beat everybody. It was the goods.

Chris Jericho vs. Dean Malenko - The man of 1000 holds? Peh. The man of one thousand and ONE holds, baby! This was pure Jericho gold all the way through, and Malenko really is one of the greatest underappreciated wrestlers of all time. One of WCW's highlights, and the feud that got Jericho over.

For someone that put down this feud you totally got it wrong. Chris Jericho, your taking away 3 holds him, he's not the man of 1001 holds, he's the man of 1004 holds, jeez what an Assclown.
