Are there any wrestlers in the WWE now that are from Canada, actually being billed as from Canada? I know one person said they bill Benoit as being from Georgia, and Jericho being from New York or something.

Oh, Sylvan Grenier is announced as from Montreal, Quebec. Rob Conway is announced as "residing in Quebec", though most likely he does not. I mean... who'd want to move to Quebec?!

Sylvain is from Montreal. Rene is from New Brusnwick, and Conway is from someplace in the USA. In reality anyways, for storylines he is a french sympathizer.

Yo Rob, I hope you're kidding there bud. I'm from there and my dad is french as well so yeah. I dont like ignorant comments made about certain people around here. Montreal is the best city in this country. Loud boisterous crowd, perfectly bilingual too.

The "frogs" beat out the "rednecks" any day of the week.

No seriously, I took no offense really to the frogs comment, but it's just that the french in France are waaay different then those over here.

Oh yeah, Val Venis has always been announced as from Las Vegas. He's obviously from TO or somewhere else in Ontario.
